We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution in our most strategic markets. This is a unique opportunity to define how a European AI leader is positioned, understood, and adopted by businesses. THE ROLE As Head of Marketing, you will own the regional marketing strategy, working closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Global Marketing teams to accelerate brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer adoption. You will be responsible for building a strong market presence, creating demand among enterprise decision-makers, and positioning H Company as a trusted partner for organizations embracing the next era of AI. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute, build the narrative, create impactful campaigns, engage communities, and turn market opportunities into measurable business outcomes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and execute H Company’s regional marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives * Build and strengthen H Company’s brand presence across the AI and enterprise ecosystem * Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for regional customers * Supervize demand generation programs across digital, events, content, partnerships, and account-based marketing * Partner closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline creation and enterprise opportunities * Build relationships with key stakeholders: executives, technology leaders, partners, media, and industry communities * Lead impactful events, thought leadership initiatives, and market activations * Develop customer stories and case studies that demonstrate real AI transformation * Bring market insights back to Product and Global Marketing teams WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise software * Proven experience leading marketing strategy in France or a European market * Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and technology adoption * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives * Experience building brands in fast-growing companies or high-growth environments * Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact and pipeline contribution * Excellent communication skills in French and English * Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable creating structure, moving fast, and owning outcomes BONUS POINTS * Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or developer ecosystems * Experience marketing to large enterprises and C-level audiences * Existing network within the French technology and business ecosystem * Experience scaling a company from early growth to market leadership LOCATION: * This role is based in Paris with hybrid work arrangement. ABOUT THE TEAM: We are looking for a Account Executive to contribute to our commercial expansion in Europe. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, from enterprise to mid-market clients across multiple industries. * Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging consultative and value-based selling approaches. * Market Intelligence: Provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams about client needs, trends, and market dynamics. KEY REQUIREMENTS: * Experience: 10+ years of B2B GTM experience within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment and or consulting * Mindset: Entrepreneurial, autonomous hands-on, data-driven, and resilient. Some experience as a startup entrepreneur would be a plus * Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B market, ideally with experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions. * Track Record: Proven success in building a client base from scratch, and consistently exceeding sales targets. * Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives. * Education: Master's degree required; MBA or relevant post-grad education is a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Strategy & Selection (Identify and select relevant events for our teams — Public Affairs, Sales, Tech, HR and build and maintain an annual events calendar. * Registration & Logistics Management (Negotiate and manage participation: booths, side events, additional passes. Secure speaking opportunities thanks to your network and understanding of event formats. Coordinate on-site logistics: marketing materials, hotels, travel.) * Media Relations & Communications (Manage press relations around each event in coordination with the communications and marketing teams. Maintain and activate a targeted journalist list. Produce communication kits for each event.) * Internal Coordination (Brief and coordinate sales teams and other participants. Organize one-to-one meetings and strategic meetings during events.) * Content Production (During the event: capture key moments and write real-time posts. After the event: prepare internal recaps, follow-up emails, press reviews, and measure media coverage.) Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of experience in tech event management. * An established network within the French and European tech ecosystem: organizers, journalists, speakers. * Strong industry know-how: how to secure a speaking slot, negotiate a booth, and pitch an editorial angle. * Comfortable producing written content: LinkedIn posts, recaps, briefs. * Autonomous, organized, and able to manage several events in parallel. * Bilingual in French and English.
