As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinical team throughout the orthodontic treatment process. Every day, you’ll help create confident smiles and contribute to the long-term oral health of the community. What you'll do: * Create a welcoming environment for patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey. * Support patients through complex orthodontic procedures, helping them feel informed, calm, and confident throughout their treatment experience. * Work alongside the Orthodontist to ensure precision, efficiency, and a smooth clinical experience tailored to each patient’s needs. * Educate patients on post-treatment care and recovery to promote healing and long-term oral health. * Coordinate care and follow-ups, ensuring patients receive timely treatment and clear communication throughout their visit. * Maintain detailed and accurate records to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care. * Foster a collaborative team environment by staying proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality specialty care. * Contribute to the success of orthodontic practice by helping manage clinical readiness, patient flow, and operational support.
