The Delivery Centre Consultant performs system configuration activities, ensures end-to-end readiness of the implemented solution, and monitors the complete process with a focus on minimizing time to value for the customer. •       Responsible for executing tasks associated with installation of packages/completing the quote work that Keyloop's customers have requested in a timely and professional manner according to planned deadlines with quality. •       To install and configure additional packages as customers purchase it. •       Keep the team leader informed of any obstacles and provide status of completed work. •       Take a customer-centric approach - Solve customers' business problems ensuring they receive the added value of the product. •       Train, advise and support clients as necessary.

You will lead the migration of existing Tableau dashboards to Power BI, ensuring like-for-like capability where appropriate and redesigning visualisations where Power BI offers a better approach. Working closely with the data warehouse team and business stakeholders, you will model data, write DAX, and implement best-practice governance so that reports are performant, trusted, and easy to use.

As a Team Lead, you guide the team into a high-performing state: regularly delivering qualitative increments of the product. You do this by making sure the right people are present, the responsibilities are clear and that there’s a supported way of working. Not only within the team but also with the client. You are the main, but not the only, contact point for the client. You will ensure transparency on budget, progress, issues, and successes for both the client and In The Pocket. CONSISTENT PRODUCT DELIVERY: * You are accountable for the successful delivery of your team. * You own all planning aspects of the team and the product(s) entrusted to that team. * capacity planning and how that translates to budget * release planning * high-level roadmap * risk management * You act as first point of contact for all questions regarding the progress of products under your care (both internal & external). * You help the team ship working software, for example by removing impediments, getting timely decisions, managing risks. ENSURE THE TEAM'S AGILITY: * Together with the other teams in the tribe you agree on an agile way of working. * You can guide groups in challenging contexts. * When facilitating, you’re able to keep sessions focussed and ensure they accomplish their goals. * You make sure the team regularly pauses to reflect on how it's working and help them find ways to improve how they work together and how they interact with the client and other teams. WHO YOU ARE * Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a software development environment * Background in delivery with a strong interest in product development * Deep affinity with and passion for software development * Natural people skills and strong emotional intelligence * Agile Leadership & Scrum Mastery * Agile & People Coaching * Visionary Leadership & Inspiration * AI Fluency & Innovation Enablement * Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and active listening * Passionate about all things digital, including strategy * Highly organized and composed, even under pressure * Solution-oriented mindset; you focus on opportunities, not obstacles * Deep understanding of Agile practices and frameworks * Proven Scrum Master experience * You're fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. * You are looking for a permanent position on our payroll.
