Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant based in India to support our C-Level Executive Leadership Team.
This is a remote role designed for someone who is comfortable working US business hours and providing real-time support to
executives operating primarily in the US.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure alignment on executive priorities, operating cadence,
and time optimization across the leadership team. This is a highly collaborative relationship, operating as a team to ensure
executives are focused on the highest-value activities and that their time is used effectively.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility into how a global SaaS organization operates at the executive level. It

This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex office build-outs, technology infrastructure deployments, office relocations, workplace transformation, and end-user technology projects across regional/global environments. The successful candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle—from project initiation, business case development, planning, budgeting, governance, and execution through technology deployment, user migration, and project closure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and budgeting through design coordination, vendor management, implementation, testing, and project closeout. Job Overview: The Coursera Enterprise team serves global organizations, including leading Corporations, Universities, and Governments, who seek to upskill or reskill their workforce with the world’s best education.
