Purpose of the Role
The TO Programme Director will be a senior change leader responsible for driving Nearform's AI transformation. This is a
strategic, hands-on role that bridges programme governance, workforce planning, talent strategy, and cultural change — ensuring
our Delivery and GTM organisations are equipped, structured, and empowered to operate as a truly AI-native business and our back
office functions are embracing AI and realising the efficiencies. A key focus is on establishing Nearform’s AI CoE in Ireland.
This role will lead the planning, coordination and execution of complex, cross-functional transformation programmes — working in
close partnership with Delivery leadership, People & Talent, GTM teams, shared services and the Executive team.

THE ROLE Overview We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of insurance transformation programmes. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the successful execution of complex client engagements, maintaining strong executive-level relationships, driving commercial performance, and developing high-performing delivery teams.You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a key member of Alchemy’s leadership team, providing strategic oversight across multiple programmes while ensuring delivery excellence, operational discipline, and sustainable growth. Working across a broad range of insurance transformation initiatives, including core platform implementations, business change programmes, and operational transformation engagements, you will be responsible for balancing client success, commercial outcomes, and delivery performance while helping Alchemy continue to scale its consulting capability and market presence. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience leading large-scale technology and business transformation programmes within the insurance industry and will be comfortable operating with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors. What we’re looking for Essential * Significant experience delivering Guidewire implementation or transformation programmes within the insurance industry. * Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin, forecasting, and delivery performance, specifically with fixed-price and outcome-based programme experience. * Experience of negotiating and managing complex contractual engagements with clients. * Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent client engagements and delivery portfolios. * Experience leading geographically distributed or global delivery teams. * Strong understanding of programme delivery, governance, risk management, resource planning, and change management. * Ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight of delivery execution. * Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
