Din roll Vi söker en erfaren Solutions Architect till en verksamhet som präglas av tekniskt avancerad utveckling av kundanpassade systemlösningar där både hård- och mjukvara ingår. I denna roll har du ett övergripande ansvar att översätta kund- och "stakeholderkrav" till konkreta tekniska systemlösningar. Arbetet sker huvudsakligen i projektform, både som interna R&D projekt och kundprojekt. Projekten kan sträcka sig över flera år och du har en central roll genom hela den tekniska systemlösningens livscykel. Du arbetar i tvärfunktionella team där utveckling av företagets egna produktlösningar kombineras med anpassning och integration mot specifika kundbehov. Rollen innebär därmed ett tydligt fokus på att balansera standardiserade plattformar med kundunika kravbilder. Som Solutions Architect ansvarar du för att: Analysera kund- och stakeholderkrav och omsätta dessa till tekniska lösningar Ta fram och dokumentera systemarkitektur för komplexa system (HW/SW) Säkerställa HW/SW integration mellan delsystem och mot överliggande kontrollsystem Driva tekniska vägval och arkitekturella beslut Arbeta nära tvärfunktionella team (t.ex. system, mjukvara, elektronik, test och produktion) Säkerställa att egna produktplattformar nyttjas effektivt och anpassas till kundspecifika behov Stödja utvecklingsteam i implementering och verifiering Säkerställa att lösningar uppfyller krav på säkerhet, tillförlitlighet och prestanda Bidra till systemarbete enligt etablerade processer (t.ex. kravhantering, verifiering/validering) Delta i tekniska dialoger med kund och intressenter Vänligen observera att resor kan förekomma i tjänsten, framförallt till Växjö och Halmstad. Din profil Till denna roll letar vi efter dig med god analytisk förmåga och ett starkt helhetsperspektiv. Vi ser gärna att du arbetar strukturerat och noggrant, samtidigt som du har förmågan att fatta välgrundade tekniska beslut även i komplexa situationer. Vi ser också att du är kommunikativ och trivs med att samarbeta över disciplingränser för att nå gemensamma mål. Som person är du prestigelös, lösningsorienterad och bidrar med ett positivt förhållningssätt i både utmaningar och förändringsarbete. Vi söker dig som har: Relevant högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning Flerårig erfarenhet av systemutveckling i komplexa tekniska miljöer Erfarenhet av arkitekturarbete för integrerade system (hårdvara och mjukvara) Erfarenhet av arbete i tvärfunktionella utvecklingsteam God förståelse för systemintegration, gränssnitt och kommunikationslösningar Erfarenhet av kravhantering och systemarbete enligt etablerade metoder (t.ex. V-modellen) Förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska Meriterande Erfarenhet från försvarsindustri eller annan säkerhetskritisk verksamhet Kunskap inom systems engineering enligt t.ex. INCOSE eller motsvarande ramverk Erfarenhet av standarder och regelverk kopplade till säkerhetskritiska system Erfarenhet av modellbaserad systemutveckling (MBSE) Kunskap inom IT-säkerhet och cybersäkerhet Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. We are looking for passionate technologists to join our Pre-Sales organization to ensure that our growth is grounded and guided by strong technical alignment with our platform and the needs of our customers. MongoDB Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. Our team is made up of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations. You'll work closely with our sales executives, helping customers solve business problems by leveraging our solutions, playing a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward. You'll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to the world's largest enterprise IT organizations.  This role will be based remotely in Germany. AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL HAVE: * 5 to 8  years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years of experience in a customer facing role * Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity * Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem * Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture of existing applications, providing guidance on how to improve by leveraging technology * Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner to technology and business leadership.  * Ability to work with a cross functional sales team to formulate and execute an end to end deal cycle. * The ability to travel up to 25% * A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience YOU MAY ALSO HAVE: * Experience developing, deploying, or supporting applications with any of the major cloud providers  * Experience working in a technical pre-sales capacity  * Experience with database programming and data models  * Experience in data engineering or AI/ML projects * Understanding of popular sales methodologies/ frameworks such as MEDDPICC/ Command of the Message * A MongoDB Certification * A Cloud Provider Certification WHAT YOU DO AT MONGODB: In this role, you will work on complex opportunities where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
