ABOUT THE TEAM The Global CVM team is a passionate and diverse group of people and we’re responsible for the value of our customer base and making them stay in the service. We are focused on campaigns and every aspect of commercial thinking like cross-sell, upsell, and winback. Your job will be to work closely together with local markets in order to deliver, execute and follow up on initiatives. You will also work closely with the CRM team who are responsible for our marketing automation platform and engagement strategy. In this role you will work closely with a range of markets and discuss priorities with the local Country Managers and Marketing Managers. Your role will be both to analyze customer data, present and discuss findings with the local market and initiate initiatives to improve our key metrics. You will also be required to build flows or campaigns in our CRM Marketing Automation tool Braze. This includes finding the right communication channel, adapting copy and images to the system, segmenting users to maximize effect, send out communication and follow up. There is a focus on scalability and leveraging AI to improve our processes, so your input and sparring on how to automate and scale will be valued and help us do more with our current resources to support the company growth. You will also work with e-commerce when it comes to book sales of individual titles and help grow this newly launched area. About the role We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with Danish language skills to assist our customers with incoming inquiries regarding our products and services.
