Your Mission
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Lead to drive sustainable, data-informed growth across the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention - and take BlaBlaCar to the next level in Ukraine. You’ll own the local growth leading and partner with global teams on settings the strategy end-to-end, blending analytical rigor with creative experimentation to unlock new opportunities, optimize performance, and build scalable systems for long-term success.This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with marketing, business, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure that every stage of the funnel contributes to a seamless and engaging customer journey.
Your Role
Lead full-funnel growth initiatives — from awareness and acquisition to engagement, retention, and referral.
Develop and execute data-driven experiments to identify, test, and scale the most impactful growth levers.
Own key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and engagement.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve user journeys, messaging, and channel performance.
Design and manage multi-channel growth strategies, including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing (email, push, CRM), SEO/ASO, partnerships, and referrals.
Build and refine analytics frameworks to track performance, uncover insights, and inform decision-making.
Champion sustainable growth, ensuring acquisition strategies align with long-term retention and brand health.
Mentor and inspire junior team members and help build a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and accountability.
Your qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or data-driven product marketing, consultancy or entrepreneurship — ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention through full-funnel optimization.
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data tools (Tableau) and statistical thinking.
A creative problem-solver who can balance numbers with storytelling and brand-building.
Experience designing and executing A/B tests, marketing experiments, and lifecycle campaigns.
Strong understanding of growth frameworks and sustainable growth principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to align teams around shared goals and insights.
Fluent in English and Ukrainian

The Role As our Sales Lead, Holdco and Indie Agencies, EMEA, your primary focus is on opening new opportunities with Agency customers that align to Kayzen’s strategy. Your previous experience as a senior business leader in the adtech or digital marketing industry with a strong network with Agency executives will be a great starting point to create an immediate impact from Day 1. We are seeing strong traction across brand and performance budgets. Solid experience at generating new business from a range of agencies (Independent and Holdcos) is therefore essential. The leaders in Kayzen’s team who you will closely interact with are our customer success lead (growing key customers), GM Revenue (support and help to win customers) and the wider GTM team who are all aligned in making Kayzen a continued success. Apart from your primary tasks, you are welcome to contribute to multiple areas in the organization such as product, marketing, supply and partnerships. Given the need to meet customers in person, the candidate needs to be able to travel into London at least twice a week. You will be responsible for supporting the country lead in end-to-end project execution for secured contracts in Ukraine—driving delivery excellence, building strong in-country relationships, and ensuring our systems reach operators quickly, safely, and with maximum operational advantage.
