Mezzetta is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Innovation to serve as the operational backbone of our pre-launch innovation project
portfolio. This role will bring structure, clarity, and decision discipline to a fast-paced, cross-functional
environment—particularly within our innovation pipeline and stage gate process.
Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Execution, this leader will standardize and elevate project management practices while also
acting as a critical thought partner to functional leaders—ensuring teams understand status, risks, tradeoffs, and implications of
key decisions.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be driving new service opportunities, working with both customers as well as internal stakeholders. You will interact hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders on opportunities to improve our service and delivery. You will work across customer organizations and multiple Snowflake teams to ensure customers’ applications are well designed and scale to the needs of their business. AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL: * Be a project management expert on all aspects of the Snowflake implementation and variety of project and services types * Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements by assisting in the creation and execution of the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction, ensuring adherence to delivery best practices * Own, manage and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients, including the creation, implementation, and tracking of relationship roadmaps * Manage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectives through clear project documentation, meetings and any required follow-ups * Proactively provide input into the development of Practices' policies, procedures and standards * Integrate industry knowledge into practical configuration tactics, techniques and procedures to ensure teams deliver well-rounded and well-developed software solutions * Work with Services Delivery Practice Teams and Sales Account Teams to facilitate practice area enablement and support sales pursuits – scoping projects, estimating work, creating delivery proposals and providing regular delivery updates for ongoing projects * Work with Customers, System Integrators, and Technology Vendors on project pursuits, cadence and project progress * Provide guidance and a vision on how to resolve customer-specific project challenges, own escalations and high profile situations * Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing * Determine areas for process improvements within both the client and Snowflake OUR IDEAL SERVICES DELIVERY MANAGER WILL HAVE: * 7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects * Track record of delivering on PS revenue targets for a set of accounts, including the ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects and deliverables simultaneously (project management) * Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field * Ability to speak about the AI/ML model lifecycle specifically the trade-offs and architecture for delivering Gen AI and ML capabilities * Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development * Strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience (including senior level executives at large enterprises) * Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (Solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent). Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage enterprise infrastructure initiatives supporting a fast-paced retail organization. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. While this role partners closely with technical infrastructure teams, it is not intended to be a hands-on engineering position. Strong experience working in Agile environments with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project backlogs. Ability to take high-level business and technical requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, epics, and actionable work items. Experience partnering with solution architects to refine technical requirements and collaborating closely with development teams to decompose work into manageable tasks. Technical aptitude to understand infrastructure concepts, ask the right questions, and effectively communicate with architects, engineers, and developers. While hands-on coding experience is not required, candidates should be comfortable working within technical environments and supporting software and infrastructure delivery teams. Proven ability to engage with development teams to clarify requirements, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and deliverables. Position Summary: Henderson Building Solutions is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join the mission critical team in Lenexa, Kansas or Washington, D.C. The Sr. Project Manager plays a senior leadership role in bringing the most complex and strategically significant construction projects to life at Henderson Building Solutions. In addition to independently managing the company's largest and most complex projects, the Sr. Project Manager leads and develops a team of project managers and project engineers, owns business development efforts, and shapes the standards and best practices that guide how the project management team works. Drawing on extensive expertise and seasoned judgment, this role holds full financial responsibility, anticipates and resolves the most difficult challenges, and serves as a senior point of leadership for clients, teams, and the broader organization. For this role, that leadership plays out in one of the fastest growing markets in construction: data centers. Mission critical facilities cannot go down, so you will coordinate field activities with facilities and owners to keep live operations running without interruption and bring an uptime-first mindset to every phase from assessment through turnover. You'll do it with the backing of a 100% employee owned company where the projects you deliver build value you share in. Project assignments may vary based on business needs and may require experience within specific facility types, construction environments, and technical disciplines. Key Responsibilities: * Directs the overall management of construction projects. * Plans and sets project objectives, goals, and deadlines. * Selects appropriate construction methods and strategies. * Schedules and coordinates processes so that projects meet design specifications. * Reports on status and progress of project and budget matters to clients. * Facilitates the execution of the project installation phase. * Produces/acquires and maintains all required project documentation. * Other duties as assigned. * Prepares layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics. * Makes recommendations as to the feasibility of systems and/or equipment and evaluates construction products for their application. * Plans logistical aspects of project execution so that plans can be properly incorporated into the project documents. * Assists in the assembly and distribution of equipment and construction bid packages. * Ensures a safe and efficient work environment. * Verifies contractors are meeting and practicing all required OSHA and industry approved safety standards. * Coordinates with facility and the contractor to ensure facility operations are not interrupted. * Obtains required licenses/permits, confers with city or county inspectors, and ensures compliance of legal requirements, company regulations, and building and safety codes. * Assists in the development of accurate budgets for all projects and clients that reflect all costs associated with construction. * Manages the planning, materials, building, and budget of construction projects. * Negotiates and provides cost estimates for construction work and associated change orders. * Protects the best interest of the client and preserves/enhances the reputation and bottom line of the company. * Assists with business development activities by promoting Henderson to existing and potential clients. * Participates in client, company and industry events. * Grows personal network by building relationships with clients and industry professionals. Required Qualifications: * Ten (10) or greater years of relevant experience required in construction and the design of building systems. * Project management, estimating, field installation, and installation supervision experience required. * OSHA certifications required. * Advanced project management skills. * Technical expertise in primary fields of focus (mechanical and/or electrical) as well as familiarity with other related fields. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment and to recommend and analyze pragmatic solutions for clients. * Knowledge of applicable codes and standards relating to the facilities in which we work. * Possesses efficient communication skills. * Proficient Microsoft Office skills specifically within Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project. * Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organizational needs. * Generates ideas for improvement, takes advantage of opportunities, suggests innovations. * Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description. Years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of requisite education. * Experience managing construction projects in data center, mission critical, or other live operational environments preferred. * Experience with data center systems including critical power, cooling, and controls infrastructure. * Experience managing projects for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center clients preferred. * Procore experience preferred.
