The mission of a new IP division within Outfit7, called PlayValley, is creating new IPs through rapid prototyping and bold experimentation. We are looking for a Growth Product Manager with a passion for gaming and a deep curiosity for data. In this role, you will connect the dots between user acquisition funnels and in-game metrics, turning raw data from casual game prototypes into actionable insights. You’ll evaluate whether a game has real potential, explain why, and guide changes to UA campaigns, audiences, channels, and even in-game features to enhance growth. You will be the bridge between creative prototypes and UA execution, ensuring high-quality traffic reaches games that engage and retain players. This is a role for someone motivated, analytical, and excited to shape the growth of a casual gaming portfolio. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL * Provide the technical instructions for theUA team. You’ll be the one to spot when a campaign is wasting money on low-quality placements and propose the most viable course of action. * Handle the data side of early market validation tests. You'll set up the tracking, monitor the results, and report back on whether a casual game prototype has the prospect to scale. * Identify Funnel Leaks - in case of a gap between the games, countries, audiences, you are the one who digs into the cohorts. You’ll find out if it's a technical bug, a targeting mismatch, or a game issue. * Be the link between ads and in-game metrics. You’ll build the reporting that proves which specific ad creatives are bringing in players who actually play, which indicators show potential, and why cohorts perform differently. * Push the UA team to move beyond "cheap clicks" and vanity CPIs. You’ll guide them toward building a profitable product and find players who actually fit the casual game mechanics at hand. * Collaborate with Distribution and Product teams to identify opportunities to improve distribution. * Develop robust experimentation frameworks and perform analyses to support profit growth and distribution optimization. * Advise the Marketing team on test design and experimental setups based on data insights. * Analyze results from various experiments and tests. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Being able to make decisions based on data and measurable results rather than intuition or opinion. * Having the ability to optimize growth funnels and acquisition strategies for profitability, focusing on finding high-quality, engaged players. * Understanding advertising algorithms deeply and knowing which levers to pull to improve campaign performance and efficiency. * Demonstrating analytical objectivity and the confidence to recommend ending a project or prototype that doesn’t meet market validation benchmarks. * Possessing expertise in casual gaming and knowing performance benchmarks for casual and puzzle titles. * Being able to distinguish between high-volume hyper-casual traffic and high-retention casual audiences and act based on these insights. * Communicating complex findings clearly and effectively to various audiences, including company leadership, using actionable insights. * Structuring complex analyses into coherent frameworks and translating large datasets into practical, data-driven recommendations. YOUR EXPERIENCE * 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile gaming analytics or growth, with advanced skills in SQL and querying BigQuery independently. * Highly proficient with analytics and visualization tools such as Firebase, Tableau, Looker Studio, and advertising dashboards like Meta and AppLovin. * Possessing deep, practical experience with MMPs, particularly Singular, and knowing how to map users to in-game milestones. * Having a proven track record in running the data side of soft launches or market validation tests for casual games and helping titles scale from prototype to global launch. * Being familiar with UA execution, including extensive experience in Meta Ads Manager and other advertising tools, and understanding the trade-offs between broad targeting, ROAS optimization, and targeted campaigns. * Having strong auction and market intelligence, including knowledge of CPM and CPI variations across regions and genres, and the ability to adjust testing budgets to determine true retention floors in competitive markets. WHAT WE OFFER * Employment relationship with a legal entity within Outfit7 group for an indefinite period of time, with a six-month probationary period. * Diverse work with exciting daily challenges, working as part of a team in a fun, relaxed environment. * Participation in attractive projects. * Development opportunities through training, seminars, and conferences * Choice of sport, fitness, educational, and entertainment activities outside of work. * Healthy meals in the office * Flexible working hours * 24 days of paid vacation * Participation in a discretionary bonus plan. * Christmas bonus (subject to internal policies). * We are open to exploring remote work possibilities, subject to the specifics of the candidate's location and preferences. Note: With application to selected job position I hereby confirm that I have read and understood Outfit7's Candidate Privacy Policy.
ABOUT ENGINE At Engine, we’re transforming business travel into something personalized, rewarding, and simple. For too long, managing travel and spend has been overwhelming and fragmented — we’re here to change that. We believe the future of travel should be seamless and powered by technology that delights customers at every step. That’s why we’re building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place. To make this vision real, we’re looking for exceptional, mission-driven people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. More than 30,000 companies already rely on Engine to support over 1 million travelers and billions in annual bookings each year. Cash flow positive with rapid growth, we pair exclusive Engine-only rates, industry-leading rewards, and intelligent automation to help businesses save money while delivering world-class personalization and convenience. Backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, Engine has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing travel and fintech platforms in North America, with honors including the Deloitte Fast 500 and Built In’s Best Places to Work. Scale Engine's growth by making the product the primary engine of discovery, adoption, and expansion. You'll own the full growth product surface — from first click to multi-product power user — and lead the team building the systems that get us there. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Engine is the travel and spend management platform transforming how businesses move. We're cash flow positive, scaling rapidly, and backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira — and our next growth phase depends on making the product itself the most powerful driver of acquisition, activation, and expansion. The opportunity for the growth product team is massive. Every improvement we see in acquisition and activation compounds impact across the customer base. Engine customers who activate on more than one product are far more likely to grow and stay with Engine. WHAT YOU'LL OWN * PLG strategy and execution across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, expansion, cross-sell (hotel → car/flight, Direct Bill, Flex Pro, Engine X, Rewards), and referrals. * Communications platform: owning and evolving the system that manages and maintains all product communications, from trigger logic and CustomerIO integrations to notification strategy. * Experimentation rigor: establishing and scaling a disciplined test-and-learn engine: hypothesis development, test sizing, targeting and cohort design, deployment standards, and post-test learning infrastructure. * Horizontal growth surfaces: dashboard cards, banners, tooltips, empty states, post-booking modals, and other reusable surfaces that deliver contextual nudges across the product lifecycle. * Targeting models: Building our next best action modeling from the ground in partnership with the data science team. * Roadmap and prioritization: balancing short-term experiment velocity with longer-term foundational investments (onboarding architecture, AM triaging systems, intent collection). * Team leadership: managing and developing a team of PMs, aligning closely with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market partners. THE PROBLEMS YOU'LL SOLVE This team operates at the intersection of speed and rigor. You'll be expected to ship fast, learn faster, and build durable infrastructure where it matters. Some of the challenges you'll inherit: * Improving activation: showing the right experience to the right user even before conversion to help customers be successful * Closing the gap between signal and action: we know what triggers should drive cross-sell and expansion, but the in-product machinery to act on them is early. * Making experimentation more rigorous: sizing, targeting, guardrails, and post-test learning need to become consistent practice across every PLG initiative. * Clarifying when to experiment vs. when to invest in foundational infrastructure, and socializing that distinction across the org. * Getting to multi-product accounts at scale: test into and prove the ideal customer journey for discovering and using other Engine products. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 7+ years in product management, including 2+ years leading a team of PMs or in a group PM capacity. * Deep PLG experience: you've built or scaled self-serve growth motions, and you understand the difference between a tactic and a system. * Strong AI execution: You can ship small-cut fixes and improvements yourself. Claude or GPT is tightly integrated into your workflows. * Experimentation fluency: you know how to size a test, design a hypothesis, set guardrails, and turn results into durable learning. You raise the bar when it isn't set high enough. * Strong analytical instincts: you're comfortable in Amplitude, can interrogate a funnel, and know which metrics to trust and which to question. * Systems thinking: you distinguish between foundational product investment and lightweight experimentation, and you know how to sequence both. * Cross-functional credibility: you work well with engineers, designers, data, and go-to-market teams, and you know how to drive alignment without burning cycles. * Hands-on leadership: you set strategy and dive in yourself. We accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis. We review applications as they are received and encourage interested candidates to apply early. Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Treat every release as a hypothesis to validate, measure post-launch impact, and feed learnings into the next iteration. * Develop and maintain a clear 6 to 12 month roadmap that connects customer needs to business outcomes. * Use data and experimentation (A/B tests, analytics, insight) to identify opportunities and drive improvement in conversion rate and acquisition quality. * Balance short-term experiments with long-term strategic thinking, sequencing work for maximum impact. * Champion a culture of learning, iteration, and accountability within the team. Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience owning acquisition, growth, or top of funnel product areas within a subscription or growth-driven B2C/D2C product. * Strong understanding of funnels, on-site conversion, and marketing. * Strong analytical and commercial acumen, understands CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and how product performance ladders up to P&L impact. * Highly experienced in A/B testing and structured experimentation; this is a core requirement of the role. * Comfortable working directly with design and engineering, writing tickets, and managing delivery. * Confident using (or learning) tools like Statsig, Looker, or equivalent experimentation and analytics platforms. * Exceptional communicator who builds clear, compelling narratives around their product area. Able to communicate complex decisions simply to senior stakeholders, and to create genuine energy and direction within the squad. Communicates with conviction, not just clarity. * Evidence of working effectively in fast-paced, high-ownership environments (scale-ups or entrepreneurial teams). * Evidence of making sharp prioritisation calls, including the harder ones about what not to do, and defending those choices to stakeholders. * Evidence of mentoring or informally leading other PMs and is actively developing that capability. 👀 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Are customer-obsessed, you instinctively dig into why customers sign up, drop off, or hesitate. * Bring strategic clarity, can connect vision to actionable roadmaps. * Are commercially sharp and data-driven, comfortable making trade-offs between pace and impact. * Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, unblocking yourself and others quickly. * Have high EQ, communicate with empathy, influence effectively, and build trust across teams. * Are able to challenge stakeholders and push back on priorities you disagree with, as well as knowing how to disagree and commit when the decision is made. * Have a natural bias for action and a desire to make tangible impact. ⏳ THE INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1. Because being together is a big part of our culture, we’re looking for someone within a comfortable commutable distance to London. * We’re a small (but mighty!) recruitment team. We aim to respond to everyone personally, but if we’re flooded with brilliant applications, we may need to close the role early. We appreciate your patience while we review applications. * For this specific role, we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship, so you’ll need the right to work in the UK. ❗️WE BELIEVE IN A SEAT AT THE TABLE FOR EVERYONE. Butternut Box is an equal opportunity employer. We believe that to make the best food for all dogs, we need a team that represents all humans. We celebrate different nationalities, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We are specifically committed to increasing representation from underrepresented groups. We’re not perfect, but we are dedicated to the ongoing work of building an inclusive, supportive place where you can do the best work of your career.
