You’ll be the central point of ownership for pricing strategy, submission quality and compliance - escalating commercial
competitiveness with operational viability. You will need to be a highly organised individual who can keep track of multi tenders
across various geographical locations, ensure documentation is sent and received in a timely manner and always ensure completion
of business essential documentation.

What you’ll do: Tender Management * Managing and coordinating the full tender submission process for Local Authority home-to-school transport contracts. * Prepare, review and submit pricing proposals via multiple procurement portals (e.g. Proactis, ADAM, YORTender). * Analyse tender requirements, specification and pricing structures to ensure full compliance. * Track all tenders and their outcomes, providing insight into win/loss performance to refine future bids. * Track no bid tenders to help identify shortages of resources within areas. * Work closely with CAH and Account Managers to notify in a timely manner of awards * Continuously review and improve pricing processes, tools, and submission quality * Support the businesses HTS Strategy – by highlighting resource issues. * Provide support on additional pricing exercises as and when required by the commercial team, including PTS/NHS Tenders and private tenders. Integration * Work closely with the M&A/ Integration team to ensure a smooth transition for tendered routes within an acquisition. * Work closely with Head of Bids and Tenders to ensure new Frameworks and portals are accessible straight away, enhancing growth opportunities * Adopt a strong handover process to ensure key information is communicated. Ensuring all stakeholders are communicated with. General * Support members of the wider Group Commercial team as and when required. Compliance * Understand the Veezu Safety First approach and behave accordingly. * Understand the Veezu Data Principles and behave accordingly. * Understand the Passenger Terms & Conditions. * Understand the Corporate Account Customer Terms & Conditions. * Undertake all mandatory training. * Maintain information security to a recognised required standard in line with business needs. * You are committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance. * Ensure legal and contractual compliance. Typically, this involves reminding the client of the specific times to take their medication. * Performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy services under the direction and supervision of the therapist. * Range of motion exercises * Home exercise program * Reports changes in the client's condition and needs to the Registered Nurse. * Performs household services essential to health care at home, including, but not limited to: * Meal preparation/feeding * Laundry * Light housekeeping * Completes the appropriate records to document care given and pertinent observations. * Communicates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team. * Maintains a safe client environment and identifies and reports of any suspected vulnerable client abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation. * Maintains client confidentiality; treats clients and families with respect. * Understands, accepts and responds to the emotional needs of each client. * Participates in in-service programs to meet compliance requirements. * Accepts and fulfills assignments and exercises judgement in accepting assignments. * Understands and follows infection control policies including proper handwashing technique. * May assist with precepting other CNA’s. * Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by RN. PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS Heavy to Very Heavy physical demands -- involves lifting client, bending, stooping and stretching. Must be adaptable to a variety of environments and settings in the community. Must assess physical and emotional needs and be able to respond appropriately. Must have car or bus capability. Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work. QUALIFICATIONS * Currently or have previously been on the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry or successfully completed a formal certification training program and passed a written test and competency evaluation. * The certificate must not have been revoked, suspended, and without limitations or restrictions. * Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or if 16-17 years of age, has participated in a related school based job training program or completed a certified HHA Competency Evaluation. * Have at least six months experience in a health care facility. * Have demonstrated sympathetic attitude toward care of others who are vulnerable. * Possess the ability to read, write and carry out directions. * Possess the maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job. * Have demonstrated the ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgements. * Have demonstrated dependability, tact and ability to follow orders. * Proof of negative mantoux or documentation of negative chest x-ray. * Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation in order to travel to multiple company business stops a day. * A valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance when using a personal vehicle for company business. * Have U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit. * Disclose any conviction and criminal history records pertaining to any crime related to the provision of health services. A candidate who has been convicted of such crimes will be not be hired. * Pass initial and ongoing background studies and screenings including but not limited to those of the Minnesota Department of Health and the Federal Office of the Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
Schedule: Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week). Weekly hours and shift times may vary depending on operational needs. Position Summary: The Personal Care Aide (PCA) provides personal care and supportive services to PACE participants in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and in accordance with the plan of care (POC). Services are primarily delivered to the participants’ homes but may also be provided in the PACE center or other care settings, including long-term care or assisted living facilities. The PCA supports participants’ safety, comfort, and independence by assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and observing and reporting changes in participant condition to clinical staff. Position Qualifications: * High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Must be at least 18 years of age. One year of home health aide experience preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or must receive appropriate training upon hire. * Use of technology-based tools, including electronic medical records, preferred. * Must maintain CPR certification. * Knowledge of safety and infection control requirements for healthcare facilities. * Knowledge of medical equipment use and maintenance. * Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and effectively communicate with the adult and elderly population. * Must be a licensed driver.
