The Role… As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead by example in service, support the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential. Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key duties… * Prepare and serve all coffee and tea beverages to a consistently high standard, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and non-dairy alternatives.  * Ensure coffee machinery is properly maintained, cleaned, and calibrated daily to guarantee product quality.  * Engage with members in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, taking time to learn individual preferences and deliver personalised service.  * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station and service area in line with hygiene and health & safety standards.  * Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and related supplies, and communicate with management for timely ordering and replenishment.  * Work closely with the wider F&B team to ensure a smooth flow of service, especially during busy periods.  * Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.  * Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks, coffee tastings, or member experiences.  * Support food and drink presentation, including breakfast and light snacks where applicable.  * Encourage a positive, inclusive, and respectful workout atmosphere   ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we are looking for... A successful Barista for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.   * Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity * Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure * Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests * Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School * Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed * Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below. Barista/Bartender – Soho House Stockholm We are seeking a full-time Barista who has a passion for exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable member experiences. You also need to have experience in bartending and cocktails, as you'll be a part of the bar team where you support our bar operation as well. You'll have experience working in busy, high-profile venues and a flair for delivering first-class service in a fast-paced environment. As part of our Soho House team, your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time. With your natural hospitality charm, attention to detail, and positive energy, we'll give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact. For this role, we require a minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar café or coffee-focused role. Experience with bartending and cocktail preparation is a must.
