We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Administrator with strong, practical knowledge of both Yooz and SAP. This role supports a complex portfolio of renewable energy assets and requires close collaboration with finance, fund, asset management, external asset managers, and third-party system providers.
Average of 3 days per week in the office - Initial 12-month fixed-term contract
You will join a dynamic transformation function supporting a complex portfolio of global renewable assets. You’ll work in close collaboration with internal Finance, Fund, and Asset Management teams, as well as external asset managers and third-party software providers, ensuring robust controls and seamless system operations.

If this sounds like an environment where you would flourish, then read on… The Function & Team The Digital and Technology team's purpose is to provide cutting-edge digital solutions that are safe and reliable whilst improving efficiency and reducing potential risks for everyone at Triple Point. The Digital Transformation team looks after our core systems, the integration between them, and all aspects of data, from the data warehouse to reporting that provides clear insight into trends. It automates manual business processes, adopts emerging technology such as Gen/Adaptive AI, and uses Microsoft 365 tooling to make TP and our TP'ers more efficient. It also manages our outsourced Salesforce developers and quality assurance specialists to ensure delivery quality and pace. The role As our Salesforce Administrator & Service Desk Lead you are the day-to-day owner and single front door for the Salesforce estate. Your primary focus is business-as-usual keeping the platform running, well-supported and well-administered, on clear ITSM principles. You work closely enough with the transformation to absorb its changes and sustain the modernised platform once it lands making this both a BAU-first role and an embedded part of the programme. The Role’s Key Responsibilities * Own day-to-day Salesforce administration and act as the single support front door across the estate. * Run the service desk on ITSM principles manage ticket queues, prioritisation and SLAs; triage and resolve incidents and requests; and escalate cleanly. * Build and maintain the knowledge base and runbooks turning fixes into self-service and repeatable process, and spreading knowledge across the team. * Configure and maintain the platform across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud (FSC preferred) users, profiles and permission sets, flows, page layouts, reports and dashboards. * Administer the tools that surround the platform telephony / CTI (e.g. Zoom Phone, Service Cloud Voice), e-signature and document generation (e.g. DocuSign) in support of the client journey. * Own data quality and hygiene deduplication and data-quality tooling, data loads, and monitoring of declarative integrations. * Support release management and deployments alongside the delivery partner; provide first-line security administration and uphold change control and governance. * Absorb knowledge transfer from the programme and delivery partner, sustaining BAU through and beyond the transformation. Experience * Salesforce Administrator certification, with strong hands-on administration across multiple clouds Sales, Service and Experience Cloud (FSC preferred). * Service-desk / BAU support experience with solid ITSM knowledge ticket-queue management, prioritisation, SLAs and incident / request handling. * Flow automation, security and sharing configuration, reports and dashboards, and data management. * Experience administering telephony / CTI and e-signature / document-generation tooling (e.g. DocuSign) in support of customer journeys. * Release and deployment support (change sets / SFDX awareness) and strong documentation and knowledge-base discipline. * Confident stakeholder support and communication the visible front door for platform users. Qualifications & Desirable * ITIL Foundation (v4) or equivalent ITSM grounding. * Further Salesforce certifications Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant and / or Platform App Builder. * Experience with ITSM / ticketing platforms (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) and building service-desk reporting. * Financial services or other regulated environment. * Data-quality tooling (e.g. Cloudingo or similar) and awareness of adjacent finance and business systems. * Exposure to AI-assisted administration, operations and agentic solutioning. YOUR ROLE Our organization already features a dedicated, highly skilled Infor M3 Technical Administrator who manages core backend infrastructure, integration layers (MEC/ION), custom extensions, database health, and system security. This infrastructure support allows the new Functional Finance Consultant to focus fully on application utilization, operational value, and cross-departmental alignment. The primary purpose of this role is to translate complex business and accounting requirements into concrete functional configurations within Infor M3. You will operate as an internal advisor, helping our financial team make informed, strategic process decisions while ensuring the tech department has clear direction for systems alignment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. FINANCIAL PROCESS ALIGNMENT & DECISION SUPPORT * Act as the primary interface and functional translator between the corporate Finance team and the Product and Tech departments. * Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and external consultants to analyze existing financial processes and identify system optimization opportunities in M3. * Provide functional expertise to guide key decision-making processes regarding how new business models, geographical rollouts, or operational changes impact financial reporting and system parameters. 2. FUNCTIONAL CONFIGURATION & APPLICATION MANAGEMENT * Execute hands-on functional configurations within the Infor M3 Finance module (e.g., configuring accounting rules, parameter matrices, financial layouts, and user-specific views) based on aligned business processes. * Manage the functional setup and continuous refinement of financial ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, and cost accounting matrices. * Define functional specifications for reporting and analytics, collaborating with internal technical resources and external consultancy partners to deploy robust financial dashboards and compliance reporting. 3. CROSS-MODULE INTEGRATION & END-TO-END WORKFLOW OPTIMIZATION * Maintain a comprehensive, high-level understanding of how adjacent modules (such as Purchasing/Procurement, Warehousing, and Supply Chain) flow into the Finance module. * Ensure that operational processes across the wider supply chain accurately trigger proper financial entries and post smoothly to the general ledger without system discrepancies. * Identify, evaluate, and troubleshoot bottlenecks or points of failure where operational workflows do not properly align with downstream financial reporting requirements. 4. POWER USER SUPPORT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT * Deliver advanced functional support and advice to finance power users, assisting with complex reconciliation issues, error resolution, or month-end and year-end closing challenges. * Author detailed functional documentation, process maps, and standard operating training guides to prepare the finance team for system upgrades or process shifts. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND * Significant experience working as a Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or an advanced Power User focused heavily on enterprise ERP optimizations. * Demonstrated history of working closely with corporate accounting, corporate controllers, FP&A, or general finance teams to translate financial requirements into enterprise-scale solutions. * Proven track record of collaborating effectively with third-party vendors and external consultants to drive successful ERP initiatives. FUNCTIONAL & ERP EXPERTISE * Infor M3 Focus: Strong functional proficiency in the Infor M3 environment, specifically within the Finance core modules. * Configuration Capability: Clear, hands-on ability to perform functional system changes, configure business logic, alter parameters, and adjust financial matrices within M3 without needing backend code development. * Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of corporate finance and core accounting workflows (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and multi-entity consolidation). * Cross-Module Awareness: General working knowledge of adjacent modules (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Warehousing) and how their data models flow downstream into financial reporting. SOFT SKILLS & COLLABORATIVE COMPETENCIES * The "Bridge" Mindset: Strong interpersonal and translation skills; ability to easily communicate technical concepts to finance experts and complex financial principles to engineering staff. * Team Integration: Highly collaborative nature with a comfortable presence working inside an agile tech environment alongside Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineers, and external implementation partners. Business Process Owner Sales - Securitas Technology Europe * Location: Europe * Role: Remote Role overview The European Sales Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for the definition and implementation of common best practices in the sales area for Securitas Technology Europe. The European BPO stays up to date on resent research and development that can improve quality and efficiency in the sales area and identifies tools and practices that can benefit our industry. The European BPO represents his/her area for Technology Europe in the Aurora Program and is the requirements owner. The European BPO coordinates a network of country level process owners in the area and works to identify and promote common best practice processes in all countries. The European BPO will drive and coordinate process improvement and process standardization and support and follow up the implementation of best practices when it comes to systems, tools, KPIs and processes in the Aurora program. Background With the bulk of Securitas Technology post-acquisition integration activities behind us, we have taken the next step in strengthening, modernizing and aligning the Technology operations across Europe with the launch of the Aurora Program in 2025. Aurora is a business transformation and system platform implementation program that will provide a common system platform as well as common best practice processes to all Technology markets. The system platform Aurora was established by taking a copy of North Star onto a separate environment dedicated for Technology. The first phase of Aurora is the re-design of the system to better support Technology’s current and required business needs. The European BPOs play a critical role in the re-design by being the owner of the business requirements that shape the system blueprint. The European BPOs will work intensely with the countries to facilitate implementation of the common processes.
