STRATEGY, PERFORMANCE, AND LONG-TERM DIRECTION WHILE IMPACTING MILLIONS OF PLAYERS EVERY DAY.

existing and create new engagement strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams and an external development partner to
bring these to life. You will also analyse and report on engagement and monetisation performance, from high-level KPIs to deep
dives into specific initiatives.
This is a Game Lead level role in terms of ownership and accountability, but to be transparent, it is titled Product Manager

Supercell is a games company from Helsinki, Finland, with offices also in San Francisco, Seoul, Shanghai, and London. You might
know us as the makers of Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars. Our mission is to create great games
that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever.
So, how do we make great games? By putting together the best teams and giving them the freedom and independence to succeed. And by
taking risks, failing, sharing learnings, and killing lots of projects.
Independent cells and trust are at the core of our culture. But it takes more than that to make great games. We take good care of
our people, providing them with the compensation, work environment, and resources they need to succeed while having fun along the
way.
Here, you won’t need to focus on chasing titles or climbing ladders. Internally, our job titles don’t include prefixes like
Senior, Junior, Principal, or Director. Recognition isn’t tied to your title, as it doesn't define the impact you can have around
here.
Luring you in with glitter, glamour, and gems isn't what we're about. We want you to enjoy your time here fully, so we structure
our compensation and benefits with that in mind. It starts with perceiving you as a human being, not a resource.
No matter where you’re moving from, our dedicated mobility team and partners will support you throughout your move. We’ll ensure
the process is as smooth as possible for you and anyone joining you – whether they’re family members of the human or animal kind!
Many candidates with great skills and experience second-guess themselves. The bar is high, but if this role excites you, apply!
We’re here to help you succeed. Also, we're happy to learn about any specific accommodations you may need to fully engage in our
recruitment process.
Wishing you all the best,
The Supercell Recruitment team
This role is based out of our London office 🇬🇧 We are an office-first company & believe great products are made when we are together. ABOUT STACKS Stacks is building an AI-native platform that reinvents how modern finance teams run the monthly close. The opportunity is massive: every growing company depends on accurate, timely financial data, yet most are still operating with tools and workflows built for a different era. In just two years, we’ve grown from a team of 2 to 30+ and are on a rapid trajectory. We’ve raised a $23m Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and we were recently recognised as one of Harmonic’s Hottest Startups of 2026. We’re already trusted by leading European scale-ups including Pleo, Freetrade, and Motorway. Our team is a blend of finance, product, and technical experts from top-tier companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, Mollie, and Bunq, united by the drive to create a game-changing solution. We’re a team that is deeply customer-obsessed, plays to win, and isn’t afraid to take big, bold bets. We move fast, hold a high bar, and are committed to growing together as we scale. ABOUT THE ROLE Stacks is hiring a Product Lead to own and build out one of our most strategically important product areas from the ground up. This isn't a traditional PM role. We're looking for someone who thinks and operates like a founder — someone who will take full ownership of a product area, drive it to product-market fit, and create the commercial momentum to get it to its first million in revenue. You'll be the connective tissue across GTM, engineering, design, customer success, and external stakeholders. You'll go deep on customer problems, set the strategic direction, and move with pace and urgency to make it happen. We're looking for a hyper-ambitious builder with sharp product instincts, first-principles thinking, and the commercial chops to put themselves in front of senior enterprise stakeholders and win. 🧱 WHAT YOU'LL DO Own Your Product Area End-to-End * Take full ownership of a core product area (e.g. Accounts Receivable) — from strategy through to delivery and commercial outcomes * Define product vision and roadmap grounded in deep customer insight and first-principles thinking * Drive urgency and business impact, with a clear line of sight to product-market fit and revenue * Set the direction, prioritise ruthlessly, and hold the bar high across everything you touch Be the Founder of Your Product * Think and operate like a co-founder: take initiative, unblock yourself, and own outcomes regardless of what's in your job spec * Build selling processes and GTM motion around your product area from scratch * Put yourself in front of senior enterprise stakeholders — run the meetings, bring the narrative, and close the loop * Work through ambiguity and complexity, breaking hard problems into clear, actionable pieces Connect the Company Around Your Product * Act as the hub connecting engineering, design, GTM, CS, and external domain experts * Partner closely with engineering to define what to build and why — without needing to be managed * Bring structure, focus, and pace to a cross-functional team working on something genuinely new * Create alignment and energy across the organisation around your product area Drive Customer Obsession * Get deep on customer problems: uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and keep the customer at the centre of every decision * Build relationships with customers and domain experts who can sharpen your thinking * Translate complex workflow challenges into elegant, scalable product solutions 🧩 WHAT YOU NEED * A genuine builder mindset — high ownership, relentless follow-through, and a track record of creating things from scratch * Strong product fundamentals: you know how to uncover customer insights, translate them into strategy, and ship products people actually use * First-principles thinking: you break problems down to their roots, challenge the status quo, and bring clarity to complex challenges * B2B chops: you're comfortable in front of enterprise stakeholders — you can run a senior meeting, build a narrative, and command the room * Evidence of zero-to-one experience — whether founding your own company, building a product area early at a high-growth startup, or launching something new inside a larger business * STEM degree (or equivalent intellectual horsepower demonstrated through your work) * The ambition and hunger to operate at a pace most environments don't allow 🌟 Bonus points if you have: * Experience building in fintech, accounting, or enterprise finance software * Prior founding experience or time at YC-backed / top-tier VC-backed startups * Product experience at a commercially-driven, high-bar company like Stripe, Plaid, or similar 🚀 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Foundational role: Help shape a category-defining company from an early stage, working directly with founders and a small, high-agency team. * Meaningful ownership: Competitive equity in a company that is scaling rapidly, where your impact will directly shape the outcome. * Cutting-edge product and tech: Work at the intersection of AI and finance, building systems that fundamentally change how companies run their financial close. * High-calibre team: Collaborate with people from companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, and Mollie. * Exceptional workspace: Our London HQ is based in Fora — a modern, design-led space in the heart of the city with access to a gym, classes, and an environment built for focused, in-person building * Strong team culture: We run regular socials and off-sites that bring the team together properly, we recently have our 2-year anniversary party in Amsterdam, with board games, a tarot card reader and live music 🎶 🤝 THE HIRING PROCESS * Step 1: 30-minute call with Naman (Head of Product) to learn about your background, motivation, experience, and practical details. * Step 2: 30-minute conversation with Albert (CEO) , to dive deeper into your enterprise commercial experience. * Step 3: Take-home and 1-hour on-site panel interview with our team at Stacks. * Step 4: Final chat with senior leadership * Step 5: Offer!

Who We Are: Gram Games is the studio behind popular titles like 1010!, Six!, Merge Dragons!, and Merge Magic!, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. We are proudly part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family. We do things differently here: we work in small self-managing teams, giving you an incredible amount of ownership, autonomy, and impact. At Gram, everyone is expected to have a razor-sharp focus on creating a tangible impact on their team, their work environment, and on the overall company strategy. If you are motivated by autonomy, constant improvement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, this is the place for you. POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Game Economist to join our team in London. Reporting directly to the Director of Economy and working closely alongside another Lead Economist, you will operate as a centralized expert resource across three different studios. Unlike traditional game economy roles focused on a single title, you will lead economic strategy and systems design on a project basis, supporting various games across our extended portfolio. While this is a high-level Individual Contributor role with no direct reports, your leadership impact will be massive. You will analyze each game, identify key opportunities and challenges, and build sustainable solutions while elevating our internal economy practices. You will establish best practices, develop robust frameworks, and mentor embedded game teams so they can eventually own and manage their economies independently. This role is highly strategic and deeply hands-on: blending advanced research, complex system design, cross-studio collaboration, and technical mentorship. At Gram we embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home. WHAT YOU'LL DO: You aren't just working on one game; you are a key economic architect across three studios. You will step into different projects to diagnose economic health, design robust pricing and reward systems, and empower local teams to execute your designs. * Drive Cross-Studio strategy: Serve as the shared expert supporting multiple games across distinct studios. You will take ownership of the economic design phase for targeted projects, identifying gaps and implementing tailored solutions to drive engagement and business performance. * Collaborate at the highest level: Work in tandem with another Lead Economist and report directly to the Director of Economy to align on portfolio-wide strategies, tackle complex systemic challenges, and ensure consistent design standards across all studios. * Mentor and Empower teams: Act as a technical leader and mentor for game-level economy designers and PMs. While you won't have direct reports, you will lead through influence, training internal teams on advanced economic frameworks and ensuring they have the tools to manage their game's economy long-term. * Design and simulate: Leverage your quantitative expertise to build complex predictive models, run simulations, and design A/B tests that validate your design decisions and forecast the impact of new features. * Bridge the gap globally: Drive cross-functional efforts with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers across different teams and geographies, acting as a technical bridge to ensure seamless execution from concept to live ops. WHAT YOU BRING: * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, paired with a proven track record of designing and optimizing complex game economies at a senior or lead level. * Advanced analytical skills with a "must-have" mastery of Excel. Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a significant advantage for deep-dive research and modeling. * Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and upskill junior or mid-level talent across multiple studios or departments without formal reporting lines. You excel at matrix leadership and cross-functional collaboration. * A deep-seated interest in Free-to-Play mechanics and a sophisticated understanding of how to balance player experience with sustainable monetization. BONUS POINTS: * Additional background in Monetization strategy to complement your economic expertise. * Experience working on large-scale online, social, or multiplayer games. What We Offer You: * Highly competitive salary * Private medical care * Company bonus scheme * Relocation assistance for those moving to the UK * Awesome onsite chef serving breakfast, lunch, and lots of treats (naughty and nice) * Life insurance and a favorable pension scheme * Healthcare cash plan including dental and optical coverage * Amazing tech to work with and consoles to play and relax with everywhere you look! #LI-Hybrid We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, which means we are committed to creating and celebrating diverse thoughts, cultures, and backgrounds throughout our organization.
