You'll own the story Multiverse tells itself — making sure every colleague understands who we are, why it matters, and where we're
going. That means shaping All Hands, advising the exec team, translating data into narratives people can actually repeat, and
building the rhythms that keep colleagues informed week to week — not just when something big happens.
We operate in a fast-moving space with real external scrutiny. You'll need to be a strong instinctive writer, calm under pressure,
and confident enough to tell leadership what needs to be said and when. If you want to own the internal narrative of one of the

Job Overview The Account Manager is responsible for growing and retaining strategic client accounts by aligning client objectives with VSI’s localization capabilities. Acting as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors, the role ensures exceptional service delivery, commercial growth, and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. * Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with client and business objectives. * Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across VSI services. * Act as the primary escalation point for client-related issues and ensure timely resolution. * Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and business updates. * Driving internal communications; setting expectation with internal stakeholders, including across our VSI studios * Leading tooling implementation; building strong relationships with our Technology and Development teams, delivering workflow enhancements * Achieve and exceed revenue and gross-margin targets across assigned accounts. * Prepare competitive and profitable client quotations and pricing proposals. * Support RFP/RFI responses and client rate-card reviews. * Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and sales forecasts within CRM systems. * Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to ensure seamless delivery. * Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate cost-effective vendor rates while maintaining quality standards. * Support SLA tracking and account performance reporting. * Ensure CRM/Pipedrive records remain accurate and up to date. * Provide management with regular updates on account performance, risks, and growth opportunities. * Analyse account data and trends to support strategic decisions. * Stay informed on localization industry trends, competitor activity, and client expectations. Essential Skills & Experience * 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or commercial roles. * Experience within localization, media localization, translation, dubbing, subtitling, or related language services industries preferred. * Strong understanding of commercial forecasting, profitability, and revenue growth. * Experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. * Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail. * Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Reports to: Global HR Operations Director Location: London (with flexibility for US-aligned hours) Status: Fixed term contract till 31st December 2026, covering a period of parental leave. Job purpose: The Interim HR Operations Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a key point of contact, this role will provide first-line support for US-focused and global employee queries and manage non-complex employee relations cases in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs). During this 6-month contract, the focus will be on operational excellence: leveraging systems (HiBob), managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring payroll and benefits alignment, and improving day-to-day service levels for colleagues. Principal accountabilities: Employee Query Resolution & Relations Support: * First-Line Support: Act as the first-line contact for employee and manager queries (specifically supporting the US workforce), ensuring timely, helpful, and high-quality resolution of day-to-day inquiries. * Employee Relations (ER): Manage and resolve non-complex employee relations cases, providing practical guidance to managers and escalating complex matters to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) where appropriate. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with HRBPs to ensure a joined-up approach to supporting employees and operationalizing team changes. Policy Development & Operationalisation: * Lead the research, drafting, and regular review of global HR policies, ensuring they are market-competitive and aligned with the Foundation’s values. * Translate complex policies into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user-friendly guidance for HR, managers and employees. * Take ownership of the "operationalisation" phase of any new policy, ensuring all administrative workflows, system updates, and communication plans are executed to a high standard. US HR Operations & Compliance: * Act as the internal subject matter expert for US HR operations, ensuring all processes (onboarding, benefits, leave management, and terminations) comply with federal and state-specific labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA). * Manage the operational nuances of a multi-state US workforce, ensuring payroll inputs and benefits administration are handled with precision. * Liaise with US-based legal counsel and benefits brokers to ensure the Foundation’s US offering remains compliant and effectively administered. Process Implementation & Improvement: * Identify inefficiencies in current HR workflows and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline delivery and reduce manual intervention. * Ensure that the HRIS (HiBob) is fully leveraged to automate policy-driven processes, maintaining high data integrity. * Establish "gold standard" execution for HR administrative cycles, ensuring the team delivers a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle. Operational Execution & Support: * Provide high-level operational support to the Global HR Operations Director on complex cases and large-scale HR initiatives. * Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure that operational processes support the specific needs of different business units. * Oversee the maintenance of employee records and templates, ensuring they reflect current policy and legal requirements. Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with the Payroll and Finance teams to ensure that policy changes are accurately reflected in financial and compensation workflows. * Develop clear internal communications and training materials to help employees and managers understand and adopt new HR processes. * Serve as a key point of escalation for complex US-related operational queries. Qualifications: * Proven experience in an HR Operations role within a global organisation, with a strong track record in policy development. * Deep practical experience supporting US-based employees, with a strong understanding of US employment law, benefits, and compliance requirements. * Demonstrated experience in process mapping and implementing continuous improvement methodologies. * Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise policies and procedural documentation. * Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and a "right first time" mindset. * Proficiency in HRIS platforms (experience with HiBob is a significant advantage). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or CIPD Level 7). * Experience working in a mission-driven or international regulatory environment. * Experience in managing the operational aspects of US multi-state payroll and benefits. Account Manager – Medical Communications Publications We are hiring an Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team, supporting a global growth account within an exciting and evolving therapy area. This role is primarily focused on publications delivery and publication planning, supporting on scientific communications projects across global and regional programmes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing publication projects, working with clients and scientific teams, and coordinating complex deliverables in a collaborative environment.
