What You'll Be Doing
Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product
specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer.

What You Bring
You come from the world of tax and legal advisory; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may
have trained at a Big 4 firm, working across tax structuring, legal advisory, or consulting. Perhaps you've specialised in legal
operations, innovation, or technology implementation within a professional services environment.
Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping advisory teams modernise and scale. Either way, you know how tax
and legal advisory teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology.

About The Role The way legal work gets done is changing - and Engagement is at the heart of that transformation. We’re looking for an experienced, thoughtful Engagement Manager with a demonstrated commercial record to join our growing team in London and help drive how the world’s top law firms adopt, scale, and succeed with Legora. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to build deep client relationships, deliver real value fast, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, while being comfortable leading adoption and growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with new and existing clients to ensure they are onboarded smoothly, supported effectively, and continually discovering new ways to unlock value with the next generation of AI and our platform. You will be critical as we continue to create a best in class adoption programme at Legora, ensuring that our clients see ROI through this partnership. What You’ll Do You’ll be the face of Legora for our clients post-sale - guiding them from onboarding through adoption, growth, and renewal. Specifically, you will: * Work with a small account book consisting of major law firms and corporates. You will own the global adoption of Legora and will spend a lot of time in our client offices across the world. * Own the customer journey for a growing book of highly intellectual clients - leading law firms, in-house legal teams and tax advisors across the UK/Ireland and beyond. * Lead onboarding and implementation alongside Legal Engineers, ensuring clients are set up for success from day one. * Proactively drive product adoption and usage through structured enablement, regular check-ins, and tailored success plans. * Act as a strategic advisor: understanding client goals, uncovering new use cases, and helping teams realize maximum value. * Identify expansion opportunities and lead the adoption initiatives that realise these opportunities. * Monitor customer health metrics and take initiative to reduce churn risk and drive retention. * Closely collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback into actionable insights. * Help build and refine our Customer Success playbook - we’re building this machine together. What You Bring You care deeply about customer outcomes - and you know that successful adoption doesn’t just happen. You’re proactive, strategic, and deeply comfortable working with demanding clients. You take pride in being the reason customers stay, grow, and succeed. You enjoy the challenge of multithreading in order to expand the account. We’re looking for: * 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment or within the Legal Tech space. * A track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction within the Enterprise space. * A hunter mentality. Someone who is comfortable going out and a finding growth opportunities. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated/complex industries and clients - or just ridiculously good at learning as you go. * Strong project management and onboarding experience; you keep things moving and your clients confident. * Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal. You can manage high-level conversations with legal leaders and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams. * High EQ and commercial instinct, meaning you know when to listen, when to advise, and when to act. * A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it. * Comfortable with metrics - driven by data, customer health, and outcomes over process. The Role As a Solutions Engineer at Legora, you’ll act as a technical and strategic partner to our sales team, engineering team and prospective clients. You’ll help customers understand how Legora’s solutions solve their most complex technical challenges, lead technical discovery, create custom demonstrations, and support the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with customers to drive value. Your work will directly influence Legora’s growth and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do * Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, use cases, and requirements. * Collaborate with our Legal Engineers to create demos and proof-of-concepts that clearly illustrate how Legora’s solutions address customer challenges and create value. * Facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions. * Respond to technical questions, security concerns, RFI/RFP responses, and implementation feasibility discussions. * Act as a trusted advisor and technical liaison throughout the sales cycle from early engagement to contract negotiation. * Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on customer needs and Legora’s product capabilities. * Translate complex requirements into clear architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and proposal documentation. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, share customer feedback, and influence roadmap priorities. * Partner with Go-to-Market teams to shape deal strategy and shape technical strategy early in the sales process. * Support onboarding of technical sales content (demos and demo scripts, battlecards, case studies) that improve sales efficiency. * Work closely with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to implementation. What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role (preferably B2B). * Experienced with having technical delivery discussions, responding technical questions coming from clients. * Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and business decision-makers. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly. * French language proficiency is an advantage, though not a requirement for this role. The role As a Software Engineer at Legora you will build, review and ship amazing products helping legal professionals all over the world in their day-to-day job. You’ll get the chance to work across the entire tech stack with clear ownership and autonomy.
