The Senior Business Partner is a seasoned individual contributor with deep subject matter expertise in business partnering. This
role provides strategic support to business leaders by aligning people strategies with operational and functional priorities,
contributing directly to organisational performance and employee engagement.
With a focus on building strong relationships, shaping talent strategies, and enabling workforce effectiveness, this role partners
with senior leaders across the commercial organisation. It combines tactical delivery with strategic thinking and is instrumental
in executing high-impact people initiatives. The Senior Business Partner operates with autonomy, navigating ambiguity, solving
moderately complex challenges, and influencing outcomes across teams and regions.
This role will predominately partner our Commercial function, partnering very closely with our VP of UK Commercial.
