What you’ll do
As a Senior Experience Strategist, you’ll lead the strategic direction for our retail and spatial projects. You’ll combine deep
insights into human behavior and brand goals to shape customer journeys, inspire creative teams, and guide clients toward
impactful real-world experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE * Drive the strategic thinking and development of welcoming and impactful brand strategies for our growing portfolio of enterprise and B2B accounts. * Conduct thorough market, competitor, and customer research to extract deep insights that represent diverse perspectives and shape brand direction. * Craft compelling brand positionings, messaging frameworks, and narratives that help define our clients' identities in an authentic way. * Collaborate closely with design teams to translate strategic concepts into inclusive visual identities, design systems, and distinct creative expressions. * Develop and implement internal brand activation programs, including defining and deploying employer value propositions that foster a sense of belonging. * Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring the consistent application of brand guidelines across various touchpoints, on time and within budget. * Present strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to senior client stakeholders and internal teams. * Contribute actively to a supportive, positive, and collaborative team culture where everyone can thrive. ABOUT YOU * A proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies within a brand consultancy, design agency, or similar creative environment. * An analytical mindset balanced with the ability to employ lateral, creative thinking to find clarity in complex or ambiguous situations. * Strong understanding of business principles and how to use design as a powerful tool for positive business transformation. * Confidence in working with brand positioning, architecture, communications messaging, and qualitative or quantitative research methods. * Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams with simplified, clear, and encouraging direction. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Experience or an interest in employer brand and employee value proposition development. * Valued, but not essential, experience or interest in working with financial services, the gaming space, or brand and product communications. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Motion Designer, you’ll be a key part of our motion team, working under the guidance of our senior designers and directors to help bring global brand identities to life. You’ll be hands-on across a variety of projects, including social content, digital activations, and brand films. This role is a perfect opportunity to hone your craft in 2D motion design and video editing while collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams of strategists and creatives. You’ll assist in taking static brand assets and transforming them into fluid, engaging motion, learning how to adapt your style to suit different industries and visual languages. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you’ll be encouraged to experiment with new techniques, stay curious about the latest motion trends, and contribute your own original ideas to help tell powerful brand stories. ABOUT YOU You’ll have a growing portfolio that shows a genuine passion for animation principles and storytelling through movement. You’ll be highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, with a sharp eye for timing, rhythm, and detail. You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll be a proactive communicator and a great team player who is ready to jump in and support the wider studio. Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial include: * A foundational understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, and easing). * A keen interest in emerging motion tools, such as Cavalry, or an interest in exploring generative AI workflows for motion. * Basic knowledge of 3D software (like Cinema 4D) is a plus, but a passion for 2D animation and editing is your primary focus. * A strong sense of composition and visual narrative. * A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to experiment with transitions and editing techniques. We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Operations Executives to support the delivery of FT Live’s portfolio of in-person, digital and hybrid events. Working closely with Event Managers and colleagues across the wider team, you will contribute to event planning and delivery while providing audiovisual and digital production support where required. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity ending in September 2027. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support Event Managers in delivering high-quality in-person, digital and hybrid events. * Liaise professionally with speakers, sponsors, clients and other event partners. * Create and maintain pre-event webpages, digital event spaces and sponsor hubs. * Support the delivery of digital roundtables, webinars and virtual sessions for senior and VIP audiences. * Coordinate the ordering, production and delivery of event branding and supporting materials. * Assemble and arrange the shipment of materials required for events. * Create, update and accurately maintain guest and attendee databases. * Provide on-site and remote audiovisual support where required. * Assist with the recording, editing and production of video content for digital and hybrid events. * Respond proactively to operational issues and help identify practical solutions before and during events. * Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to support a seamless attendee experience. * Travel internationally when required to support event delivery. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle several tasks and deadlines simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Confidence communicating with senior speakers, clients, sponsors and colleagues. * A careful and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail. * Good numerical skills and confidence working with event data, budgets or attendance information. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. * The ability to learn new systems, processes and technical skills quickly. * A willingness to take ownership of tasks and accept responsibility for their successful completion. * Confidence contributing ideas and making practical recommendations. * The ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a fast-paced event environment. * Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required. DESIRABLE * A degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, International Event Management or a related field. * Previous experience supporting conferences, corporate events, webinars or digital productions. * Familiarity with virtual event platforms, content management systems or event registration tools. * Basic experience of audiovisual equipment, video recording or video-editing software. * Experience working with senior executives, speakers, sponsors or VIP guests.
