As an integral part of our team, your mission as a Senior Onboarding Consultant is to ensure a seamless integration of Re-Leased
software for our largest clients. You'll serve as the vital link between our company and customers during the onboarding process
and ensure clients realise the full value of Re-Leased. This role can be based anywhere in the UK or join our London office.

The role is Public Sector / Government focused role. Location & Eligibility: This is a hybrid role based in London. You must live within commuting distance of our office at The Walkie Talkie (20 Fenchurch St) and be willing to come in weekly, though the specific days will depend on client needs. This role involves about 30% travel. You must live in the UK and be eligible for SC clearance for this role. The Role: As a Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant, you are the technical lead during the sales process. You will work with the sales team to show prospective clients how Appian’s platform works in practice. You must articulate the business value a prospective client can expect from implementing Appian solutions. This role follows our SC 2.0 model - which means moving beyond basic feature demos to act as a strategic partner for our customers. You will co-create solutions with them, using your technical background to help shape their long-term strategy. This position requires the technical creativity to build working prototypes and the business sense to explain why they matter. You will be responsible for handling technical objections, answering detailed product questions, and making sure potential customers understand exactly how our software fits into their business and provides value. What you’ll do: * Work with Account Executives to meet sales goals across large accounts in the UK and Ireland. * Manage all technical aspects of a sales cycle, from initial meetings to final presentations. * Work with the AE to complete comprehensive discovery and fully understand the clients business needs. * Write and organize technical responses for RFPs and formal proposals. * Build and present proof-of-concept applications that solve specific customer problems. * Explain technical details and business benefits to executives and stakeholders. * Represent Appian at industry events, conferences, and seminars. * Build long-term relationships with technical staff at target accounts. * Collaborate with internal teams to get the resources or information needed to close a deal. Your Background: * Experience selling into Public Sector / Government accounts. * Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. * Experience: 10+ years as a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer for enterprise software. * Technical Background: You must have a background in hands-on technical work, such as previous experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Consultant. * Sales Partnership: You view yourself as a partner to the sales team, taking equal responsibility for account planning and meeting revenue targets. * Technical Knowledge: You can answer deep functional questions and are comfortable discussing production environments, including APIs, application servers, and databases. * Industry Knowledge: You will have experience working large accounts with a value selling based approach. The base salary range per provided represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting.
