As an Accounting & Finance Analyst these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:
accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, fixed assets, CAPEX, reconciliations, and cash position monitoring.

Why we're hiring: We are looking to strengthen our Treasury team by hiring an Analyst Accountant who will support daily cash operations and ensure accurate financial information. This role is key to maintaining strong financial control, improving reporting processes, and supporting communication with both internal stakeholders and headquarters in an international environment. What you'll be doing: * Extract and analyze daily bank transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation of assigned accounts * Provide daily reporting of cash collections received * Post accounting entries for outstanding items using Balance Sheet, P&L, and customer/vendor accounts as appropriate * Upload payment proposals into banking platforms for approval by authorized signatories * Support assigned agencies by providing payment confirmations, documentation for audits, and other treasury-related needs * Prepare the weekly Cash Report, including closing balances by bank account * Manage large volumes of financial data using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas) Who you'll be working with: You will collaborate closely with the local Finance and Accounting teams, as well as with international stakeholders, including headquarters. What you'll be doing: * Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. * Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities in line with defined timelines. * Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting entries in the ERP system. * Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards. * Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails for internal and external audits. * Support financial reporting and variance analysis, identifying unusual transactions or trends. * Liaise with other Finance functions (PTP, OTC, Treasury, Tax) to resolve accounting issues. * Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Support ad‑hoc accounting and reporting requests as required. Who you'll be working with: * Finance Shared Services and Record‑to‑Report (RTR) teams * Other Finance functions, including PTP, OTC, Treasury and Tax * Internal and external auditors * Finance stakeholders across the business What you'll need: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in an accounting or RTR role within a Shared Services or corporate environment (preferred). * Proven experience performing intercompany reconciliations. * Solid understanding of accounting principles, with exposure to Spanish GAAP and IFRS (including IFRS 16). * Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Maconomy, or similar). * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. * Clear and professional communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. * Ability to work under supervision, follow detailed SOPs and operate within review cycles. * Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. This role is critical to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled payments across the Group, compliance with procedures, and effective collaboration with internal teams and agencies. What you'll be doing: As an EMEA AP Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end support of payment processes, including: * Preparing monthly payment proposals for the Group’s creative and media agencies. * Monitoring and maintaining payment control files and monthly payment calendars. * Reconciling open items and analyzing outstanding balances. * Managing payment requests from agencies and supporting payments to special clients in parallel with received collections. * Analyzing media agency payment proposals, including due dates, embargoes, rebates (rappels), and specific payment conditions. * Preparing reports and analysis using the Company’s ERP systems. * Creating bank payment files through the internal payment platform. * Supporting quarterly cash flow forecasts from an Accounts Payable perspective. * Managing and maintaining Excel files related to suppliers with rebate (rappel) conditions. * Providing email and phone support to the Group’s agencies regarding payment-related matters. Who you'll be working with: You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Shared Services teams, as well as with creative and media agencies across the Group.
