This is a leadership role designed for an expert commercial strategist who balances high-level vision with a hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style. Inheriting a high-performing, cross-functional organization, you will own both new logo acquisition and driving positive Net Retention Rate (NRR) across our existing portfolio. Your primary focus will be to grow our B2B business through new customer acquisition and portfolio expansion. Your key responsibilities include * Drive Revenue & Global Scale: Own the B2B revenue targets and budget for the RoW region. Intuitively navigate fragmented international markets, tailoring the GTM strategy to fit diverse regional demands while fiercely protecting healthy unit economics across both new logos and existing portfolios. * Architect the Sales Playbook: Don't just execute an existing playbook; actively refine, rebuild, and modernize it. Lead the team through complex scaling transitions (drawing from your experience in SaaS, Gaming, E-commerce, or Media) to mature our motion into larger, high-value B2B deals. * Provide Hands-On Deal Strategy: Deeply root the team in consultative, value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC). Get close to the sales floor by regularly diving into active deals with Team Leads to separate signals from noise, optimize pricing models, and help cross the finish line on complex B2B partnerships. * Act as a Frontline Talent Magnet: Take personal ownership of building an ecosystem of exceptionally high talent density. Stay on the frontline; actively interviewing, hiring, coaching, and retaining a diverse, world-class team. * Modernize GTM Operations with AI: Champion the adoption of AI-driven sales enablement tools to optimize pipeline velocity, scale outbound prospecting, improve predictive forecasting, and uncover data-backed revenue opportunities. * Drive Operational Excellence & Adaptability: Proactively identify and solve systemic bottlenecks across the sales and go-to-market lifecycle. Maintain operational excellence across ways of working, systems, and tools, ensuring the team adapts fluidly to a fast-changing business environment. * Enable Strategic Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with global leadership to shape broad B2B strategy, operational plans, commission structures, cross-sell workflows, and strategic partnerships. Act as the commercial anchor for RoW, reporting transparently on numbers, market trends, and regional developments. Requirements You are a seasoned B2B executive who thrives in fast-paced, rapidly scaling technology environments. You excel at turning ambiguity into action, building immediate trust with senior stakeholders, and driving strategic continuity while remaining close to the reality of the sales floor. * Sales Leadership Experience: 15+ years of B2B sales management experience, with at least 8+ years in leadership, including 2+ years specifically managing other managers/leaders. * Diverse Industry Background: Experience from rapid-scaling industries, with a proven track record of success in fields such as SaaS, Gaming, E-commerce, Media, or Entertainment. Experience with licensing models is a major plus. * Target ICP Knowledge: Deep experience or a strong network within our key Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Broadcasters & Streaming Entities, Brands, Digital Publishers, Gaming studios, or Agencies & Production Companies. You understand how AI is shifting content creation workflows for these buyers. * Strategic Communication: Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to confidently connect, communicate, and align with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders. * AI & Tech Literacy: Experience leveraging AI methodologies, predictive analytics, and modern RevOps tech stacks to drive data-informed decision-making and operational efficiency. * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
