You will join our Global Human Resources team as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) collaborating closely with our Spanish management and global function leads. Your mission is to champion the employee journey and provide strategic support tailored to the specific needs of Malt Spain, a close-knit and highly impactful team of around 50 people today.
By balancing high-level organizational planning with daily operational excellence, you will ensure our team stays engaged, agile, and aligned as we transform and grow the business. You will also make sure we have the absolute best work environment by supporting local talent acquisition and taking ownership of office management and workplace culture for our hubs in Madrid and Barcelona.

Our expectations : * You have at least 6 years of HR experience in Japan. Experience in the luxury/high-end retail sector is preferred * You hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related field * You understand payroll systems and external provider coordination * You have a demonstrated knowledge of employment law, employee relations best-practices, presentation skills, and recruiting practices * You are able to multi-task, work in ambiguity and adapt to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment * You have strong relationship-building skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills * You are OK with traveling domestically when needed * You are fluent in English and Japanese (Korean would be a plus!)
