How you will shape Prophero: * Drive Real Estate Investment Strategy: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of residential real estate investment opportunities aligned with PropHero’s growth objectives and investment criteria. * Own the End-to-End Acquisition Process: Manage the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing opportunities, financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction closing. * Provide Market Intelligence & Investment Insights: Act as a market expert, monitoring trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine acquisition and portfolio strategies. * Lead Valuation & Portfolio Optimization: Oversee asset valuations using industry-standard methodologies, develop financial models, support repricing initiatives, and identify opportunities to maximize portfolio performance. * Build Strategic Relationships & Deal Flow: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, investors, banks, servicers, and other key stakeholders to generate a consistent pipeline of on-market and off-market opportunities.   What you will bring to our team: * Experience:  * 10+ years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, valuations, asset management, or related fields. * Proven track record sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions. * Strong understanding of the Spanish residential real estate market. * Education:  * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field. * Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus. * General Skills: * * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. * Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions. * Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and execution. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. How you will shape Prophero: * Strategic Acquisition of Real Estate Assets: You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-potential real estate assets — including residential buildings, commercial premises, and new developments — both on-market and off-market, ensuring they meet Prophero’s investment criteria. * Comprehensive Management of the Acquisition Process: You will lead the entire acquisition cycle: from opportunity sourcing, product analysis, and financial valuation, to negotiation, due diligence, and closing of transactions. * Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: You will act as the key reference for your assigned market, providing essential insights on trends, pricing, and sector movements. Your expertise will be crucial for defining and adjusting the company’s acquisition strategy. * Network Development and Strategic Alliances: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players: real estate agents, developers, investment funds, banks, and investors.
