You will: * Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment across different nursery locations * Travel between sites during the week * Complete daily, weekly and deep cleaning tasks * Respond to urgent or additional cleaning needs as required * Help cover other team members during holidays or busy periods * Work collaboratively with the wider team * Contribute towards a warm and respectful atmosphere for children and teams * Always show strong attention to detail while respecting confidentiality and safeguarding * Identify areas that need attention and take initiative to keep the nursery environment looking its best * Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures to support health and safety standards * Help create calm, organised spaces that support children’s daily experiences Your role is essential in ensuring every space reflects the high standards expected at Fennies and supports the children and teams to grow and thrive. What we’re looking for You’re reliable, detail focused and take pride in your work. You are committed to creating clean, organised spaces that help everything run smoothly. You will: * Have previous cleaning experience * Be able to work independently and manage your time effectively * Have strong attention to detail * Be dependable, punctual, and professional * Be flexible and comfortable working across different locations * Have good communication skills * Desirable (but not essential): * Experience working in schools, nurseries, healthcare, or similar environments * Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products (COSHH) * A full UK driving licence Who this role is perfect for This role could be a great fit if you: * Have experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities roles * Have worked in hotels, offices, schools, or healthcare settings * Prefer evening work that fits around other commitments * Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your work * Like variety and don’t want to be based in just one location Safety and Standards In this role, you’ll follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
