Role Overview: Support the Commercial teams in building their strategy and understanding their financial performance. You will work with Commercial leadership to manage data and model strategic initiatives to drive the long-term growth of the business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, has strong analytical capabilities, is hands on and a self-starter, and can work closely with senior management in a fast-paced, international environment. Reporting to the Finance & Strategy Director, you will own the commercial strategy planning and ensure accurate reporting that supports both operational performance and strategic initiatives. Beyond the commercial team, you’ll be a trusted partner to the country leadership, helping shape business performance through data-driven insights and rigorous data analysis. The role is based in Paris. Key Responsibilities: * Support the commercial leadership team to Identify, model, action appropriate strategic initiatives, and support delivery of overall long-range plans * Classic business and financial planning activity and cadence for the commercial business lines: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis * Understand and influence the underlying performance drivers to help drive long term financial results * Support the wider business on business cases for various new initiatives, running independent work streams * Provide proactive, insightful, high quality analysis to support decision making in the context of wider business implications * Collate competitor intelligence Requirements: * 5+ years of proven strategy experience in an international, fast-paced environment (startup environment or consultancy). * Analytical problem-solver and critical thinker, with experience working with large data sets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. * Good business sense, with strong ability to understand and influence the underlying drivers of performance to help drive the top and bottom line * Experience in business partnering ideally with commercial teams, to formulate and appraise appropriate strategies, and support delivery of annual and long-range plans. * Adaptable and proactive, comfortable managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-changing business environment. * Strong communicator and collaborator, able to ask the right questions, interpret information effectively, and build relationships with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations) and senior management. * Fluent in French & English, with proven ability to present recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, both in writing and orally. * Advanced Excel and/or G-Suite skills, leveraging data analysis and AI tools to improve accuracy. THE ROLE As Head of Global Accounts, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the commercial relationship with France's most strategic restaurant brands. Your team currently consists of 7 people: Key Account Managers who own brand HQ relationships, and a Client Partner (mid-manager) who manages a team of Key Account Associates covering franchisees across the territory. You report to the Director of Enterprise & Key Accounts, France, and are based in Paris (this is a hybrid role). You are the senior commercial owner for your portfolio — accountable for revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and team excellence. Beyond day-to-day account management, you will play a central role in aligning the organisation to strategic priorities: from contract structuring and joint business planning, to supporting Deliveroo's city expansion strategy by securing anchor restaurant partners in new and relaunching markets. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue, partner satisfaction, and team development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
