Deine Rolle Als Technical Asset Manager übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der technischen und strategischen Bewertung unserer Projekte. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Projektentwicklung, Technik, Bau und Betrieb – und begleitest Assets von der frühen Analyse bis in den langfristigen operativen Betrieb. Dabei bringst Du technisches Know-how, strategisches Denken und ein Gespür für Wertsteigerung, Betriebseffizienz und langfristige Portfolioentwicklung ein. Deine Aufgaben Technische und strategische Projektbewertung * Technische und wirtschaftliche Analyse von Projekten in den Bereichen Wind, Solar PV, BESS, Biogas und weiteren Energiewende-Technologien. * Steuerung technischer Due-Diligence-Prozesse inklusive Ertragsgutachten, Netzanschluss, Genehmigungen, Baukonzepten und Projektverträgen. * Identifikation und Bewertung technischer Risiken sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung. * Einbringung eines strategischen Blickwinkels bei Technologieauswahl, Projektkonzeption und Portfolioentwicklung. Projektsteuerung und Umsetzung * Entwicklung realistischer Projektstrategien, Zeit- und Budgetpläne. * Steuerung externer Partner wie Owner’s Engineers, EPCs, OEMs und technischer Berater. * Proaktives Management kritischer Projektrisiken und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen. * Weiterentwicklung standardisierter Prozesse und Methoden für Development, Construction und Asset Management.
