Neben Onshore Wind, Solar PV und Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) erweitern wir unseren Fokus kontinuierlich um weitere Zukunftstechnologien wie Offshore Wind, Biogas und Flexibility Solutions. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Projektentwicklung, Technik, Bau und Betrieb – und begleitest Assets von der frühen Analyse bis in den langfristigen operativen Betrieb. Dabei bringst Du technisches Know-how, strategisches Denken und ein Gespür für Wertsteigerung, Betriebseffizienz und langfristige Portfolioentwicklung ein.   Deine Aufgaben Technische und strategische Projektbewertung * Technische und wirtschaftliche Analyse von Projekten in den Bereichen Wind, Solar PV, BESS, Biogas und weiteren Energiewende-Technologien. * Steuerung technischer Due-Diligence-Prozesse inklusive Ertragsgutachten, Netzanschluss, Genehmigungen, Baukonzepten und Projektverträgen. * Identifikation und Bewertung technischer Risiken sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung. * Einbringung eines strategischen Blickwinkels bei Technologieauswahl, Projektkonzeption und Portfolioentwicklung. Projektsteuerung und Umsetzung * Entwicklung realistischer Projektstrategien, Zeit- und Budgetpläne. * Steuerung externer Partner wie Owner’s Engineers, EPCs, OEMs und technischer Berater. * Proaktives Management kritischer Projektrisiken und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen. * Weiterentwicklung standardisierter Prozesse und Methoden für Development, Construction und Asset Management. Technical Asset Management und Plattformaufbau * Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Technical Asset Management Plattform über verschiedene Technologien hinweg. * Aufbau moderner Standards, Reporting-Strukturen und KPIs für ein wachsendes Portfolio. * Umsetzung operativer und strategischer Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Verfügbarkeit, Ertrag und Assetwert. * Nutzung digitaler Tools, Datenanalyse und AI-gestützter Workflows zur effizienteren Arbeit im Team. * Markt- und Technologieentwicklung * Beobachtung technologischer, regulatorischer und marktwirtschaftlicher Entwicklungen im Bereich Renewables und Energy Transition. * Bewertung neuer Technologien und Geschäftsmodelle wie Offshore Wind, Biogas, Energy Storage und Flexibility Solutions. * Aufbau eines belastbaren Netzwerks innerhalb der europäischen Energie- und Infrastrukturbranche DEIN PROFIL Du musst nicht alle Punkte perfekt erfüllen – wichtig ist, dass Du Freude an der Rolle und Lust auf Weiterentwicklung mitbringst. * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energietechnik, Erneuerbare Energien oder vergleichbar. * Etwa 4–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Technical Due Diligence, Projektentwicklung, Construction Management, Asset Management oder im Betrieb von Renewable Energy Assets. * Erfahrung in der Bewertung technischer, wirtschaftlicher oder regulatorischer Fragestellungen im Bereich Wind, Solar PV, BESS oder vergleichbarer Infrastruktur. * Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein strukturierter, ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil. * Offenheit gegenüber digitalen Tools, Datenanalyse und AI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen – bestehende Erfahrung ist ein Plus, keine Voraussetzung. * Lernbereitschaft, Eigenverantwortung und Freude daran, in einem dynamischen Umfeld pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln. * Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Fachdisziplinen zusammenzubringen. * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. You will also support non-priority advertisers through reactive troubleshooting, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve signal-related issues efficiently.
