Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager to own the daily commercial relationship with one of our operator partners across Sweden and Denmark. If
you want to join an exciting growth journey within UCaaS, keep on reading.
You help set the roadmap, help set the pricing, run launches and delivery trainings. The mission is to help our partner onboard
and grow their customer base on our platform. We're live with our partner today, but we have an even more exciting journey ahead
of us.
You sit at the intersection of sales, product, and operations. You're the partner's voice inside Telavox, and Telavox's voice with
the partner. You'll work closely with stakeholders on both sides, feed market needs and priorities to our product managers, and
help shape decisions that grow the account. You won't be doing this alone — you'll have the Stockholm and Malmö offices, and
colleagues across sales, product, and delivery, close by to lean on.
You report to the leader of our Customer Engagement & Delivery team. This role is based in Stockholm or Malmö. Expect regular
travel to our partner's offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen, as well as to Telavox HQ in Malmö.
What you'll do

in.
Commercially, you're comfortable getting into B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, and channel economics, and confident contributing to
decisions that shape revenue. You speak product well enough to work productively with product managers and bring them useful
market input, without needing formal authority over them.
On top of that, you're a good communicator — someone who's comfortable in a room with stakeholders one day and running a training
session for a sales team the next. Some technical understanding is a plus, enough to follow feasibility discussions and be a
credible voice with engineering. And you like being close to the customer and hands-on with delivery — happy to draw on the
network and experience around you at our Stockholm and Malmö offices rather than figuring everything out solo.
You're fluent in English as well as Swedish and/or Danish (all three are a plus!) at a business level since you'll be working
closely with local sales teams in both markets.
Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform
for businesses. As a digital mobile operator, we develop and own our all-in-one communication platform, which integrates
telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings, and contact centers, giving businesses a smarter way to connect.
Today, we’re a thriving company with 1.9 billion SEK in revenue and 500+ Telavoxers across nine countries. We embrace AI and
automation to push the boundaries of business communication.
We offer flexible work options and adaptable hours, giving you the freedom to balance life and career while staying connected to
our vibrant Telavox culture.

JOIN TELAVOX AS AN ENGINEERING MANAGER 🌟 At Telavox, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is comfortable leading inside a fast-moving organisation, someone who can hold a team steady. At the same time, priorities shift and know how to introduce just enough structure to make a team faster, not slower. You’ll combine leading people with strong engineering judgement, and you’ll care as much about how reliably your team ships as about how quickly they move. If you enjoy working with people, leading through change, and empowering teams to do their best work, this is your opportunity to make a real difference. ABOUT THE JOB As an Engineering Manager at Telavox, you’ll play a key role in leading and evolving one of our engineering teams. You’ll be responsible for developing individuals, strengthening team performance, and aligning engineering efforts with business goals, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and fun! You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You’ll contribute to technical discussions, support architectural decisions, and ensure your team delivers value to customers in a scalable and sustainable way. Your day-to-day work will include: • Coaching and mentoring team members to support their growth, performance, and well-being • Creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative team environment where people can do their best work • Establishing the right level of process for where your team is, adding structure where it’s missing, and removing it where it’s not needed • Setting clear expectations on software quality, reliability, and operational health, so the team owns what it ships • Creating clarity when priorities shift, translating ambiguity from the business into a clear plan your team can execute against • Partnering with Product to align on priorities, roadmaps, and outcomes • Contributing to hiring and building strong, diverse engineering teams • Collaborating with other Engineering Managers and leaders to shape the broader engineering strategy and culture ABOUT YOU You’re the kind of leader who is comfortable when things aren’t fully figured out. You can take an ambiguous situation or a shifting roadmap and turn it into something coherent - not by waiting for stability, but by building enough of it yourself. At the same time, you take software seriously: you’ve worked on systems where reliability, quality, and long-term maintainability mattered, and you bring that operational mindset to how your team works. You may come from a Senior or Lead Engineer background, and while your strength is enabling others, you stay close enough to the technology to make sound calls on architecture, quality, and trade-offs. Key skills and experience we’re looking for: • Proven experience leading engineering teams (as EM, Tech Lead, or similar), including through periods of change, growth, or reorganisation • A track record of building structures that help a team move faster: establishing the right rituals, decision-making, and ways of working • Experience operating production software where reliability, quality, and long-term maintainability mattered, and a mindset shaped by it • Excellent people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting a diverse set of individuals • Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating it into a clear direction for your team • Ability to align engineering work with product and business priorities, and to push back constructively when needed • Passion for creating a healthy, inclusive team culture where the team consistently does its best work Good-to-have skills: • Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment • Experience working with telephony-related technologies, SIP, RTP, etc. • Familiarity with modern cloud architecture, event-driven systems, and DevOps practices • Interest in using AI tooling to improve how engineering teams work At Telavox, you’ll have the opportunity to grow as a leader, shape how we build software, and be part of a company that values both impact and having fun along the way.
