Vi söker nu en Sensory Panel Leader till ett ledande internationellt företag i Malmö. I denna praktiska och varierande roll ansvarar du för den dagliga driften av sensoriska paneler som utvärderar nikotin- och tobaksportioner, inklusive välkända varumärken som VELO och Lundgrens. Du arbetar på plats i Malmö och blir samtidigt en del av ett globalt sensory-team med ett brett internationellt nätverk. Tjänsten är ett heltidsuppdrag som konsult via Adecco under 6 månader, med möjlighet till en tillsvidareanställning hos kund. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som Sensory Panel Leader har du en central roll i att säkerställa att sensoriska studier genomförs med hög kvalitet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att: Ansvara för den dagliga driften av flera sensoriska paneler. Förbereda produktprover och säkerställa att det sensoriska laboratoriet är välorganiserat. Rekrytera, utbilda och stötta över 50 sensoriska paneldeltagare. Leda panelsessioner och skapa en professionell och engagerande miljö för deltagarna. Stötta Sensory Scientists med programmering av frågeformulär, uppföljning av panelernas prestation, datainsamling, analys och rapportering. Bidra till utvecklingen av nya sensoriska metoder, produktutveckling och kontinuerliga förbättringar. Vem är du? Framför allt har du ett genuint intresse för tobaks- och nikotinprodukter och en nyfikenhet kring hur smaker och sensoriska upplevelser uppfattas av människor. Du arbetar strukturerat och noggrant, är flexibel och trivs i en samarbetsinriktad miljö med högt tempo. Kvalifikationer Vi välkomnar kandidater med olika utbildnings- och yrkesbakgrunder. Det viktigaste för oss är inte en specifik examen, utan att du har rätt inställning, god samarbetsförmåga och ett genuint intresse för tobaks- och nikotinprodukter. Det är meriterande om du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis livsmedelsvetenskap, konsumentvetenskap, beteendevetenskap, kemi, biologi, marknadsundersökningar eller annat relevant område. Erfarenhet av sensorik, laboratorieverksamhet, kvalitetsarbete, forskning, produktutvärdering eller konsumentinsikter är också meriterande. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av statistisk analys, sensorisk programvara eller Microsoft Office-paketet (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint och Copilot) är det ett plus. Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift, är ett krav. Praktisk information Heltid med placering på kundens kontor i Malmö, måndag till fredag. Arbetstiderna är kl. 09.30–17.30 när panelerna pågår och kl. 09.00–17.00 övriga dagar. B-körkort och tillgång till bil är en fördel.
