Betsson Group are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join our rapidly expanding team based in Malta. The PSP Manager will maintain and build out our payment processing capabilities in all the markets where we operate or expand. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including our many payment partners, to ensure we have the most streamlined and cost-effective payment solutions across all our brands and territories. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Maintaining relationships within a portfolio of 40+ suppliers * Explore and manage new opportunities to complement the existing portfolio, following business needs & strategy * Drive & oversee commercial negotiations, legal reviews and due diligence; coordinate stakeholder requirements, while ensuring administration excellence. * Frequently review, analyse and follow up on the performance of each provider to identify areas of improvement for further prioritisation * Follow up on new features and functionalities to assess their potential impact on the business and coordinate further actions internally * Interact with the Payment Product Team to understand, maintain and troubleshoot the various product functionalities that impact the provider performance or relationship * Define & maintain a strategy to stay informed about any regulatory requirements related to payments and related industry areas, with a reactive and proactive approach * Flag and mitigate risks to our business by performing ongoing analysis of our payment relationships from an operational, financial and compliance perspectives. * Participate in internal projects as key stakeholder for payments to coordinate any dependencies on the payment provider portfolio * Coordinate with internal key stakeholders to align on overlapping & impacting areas related to our provider portfolio; and address any shortcomings or improvements REQUIREMENTS * Operational and/or business development experience in a business with significant payment operations, preferably within the iGaming sector. * Demonstrable experience in key payment operational areas – risk, finance and compliance. * Strong presentation and communication skills (in English) are vital. * Additional languages a plus. We are looking for a CTO to join our leadership team at ALM Partners! You will co-own ALM Partners' technology direction together with product and technology teams, ensuring alignment with our long-term business success. You will focus on enabling us through technology, rather than owning business or product decisions. You will act as a strategic sparring partner to the leadership team and business units, helping translate technological developments into actionable direction and strengthening proactive, future-oriented decision-making. Your scope spans AI enablement, cloud infrastructure, internal IT, product-development support, technology partnerships and external technology positioning, so you will carry both CTO and CIO responsibilities. A central part of your mandate is to lead ALM Partners' company-wide AI strategy and responsible adoption of AI technologies. You will help us identify where AI can improve expert work, client value, scalability and operational efficiency, while ensuring secure and controlled implementation in a regulated financial-sector environment. This is a high-impact C-level role with meaningful ownership. You are expected to use that ownership to shape how technology drives our next phase of growth and how ALM Partners is positioned as an AI-enabled advisory and RegTech company in the Nordic financial sector. Location: Finland or Sweden. Must be able to travel to Helsinki twice a month. Du tillhör ett team bestående av cirka 30 personer beståeende av service-/säkerhetstekniker, projektörer och projektledare. Om rollen Som Senior säkerhetstekniker är du en av de mest tekniskt kunniga i teamet och fungerar som expert som tar kommando och leder de mer juniora kollegorna genom projekt med fokus på avancerade säkerhetssystem. Du leder komplexa installationer, driver tekniska projekt och säkerställer kvalitet i varje del av leveransen. Våra skallkrav: • Flera års (5 år+) erfarenhet inom säkerhetsteknik och avancerad installation • Djup kompetens inom elektronik, IT eller säkerhetssystem • Stark förståelse för både hårdvara och mjukvara samt IP-baserade system • Erfarenhet av att leda projekt och tekniska team • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska • B-körkort • Certifieringar inom säkerhetssystem är meriterande Om du inte har flerårig kompetens inom just säkerhetsteknik så är en bakgrund som tekniker inom avancerad elektronik också av intresse!
