HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS 📍Manchester | 💰 Salary dependent on experience About Street Group Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology. Partnerships are central to how we grow: the more valuable and connected our ecosystem, the stickier and more useful our platform becomes for agents. As our first dedicated partnerships hire, you'll set the strategy whilst staying hands-on - building the function from the ground up, closing the early partnerships yourself, and creating the playbook and processes that scale it. You'll own partnerships end-to-end and have autonomy to define what "good" looks like here. You'll be the sole owner of partnerships at a pivotal growth stage, with a direct line to leadership and real influence over company direction. Expect to move between big-picture strategy and rolling up your sleeves on individual deals - often in the same day. Success in year one looks like a defined strategy, a working operating model, and a first cohort of live, revenue-generating partnerships you've closed yourself. What You'll Do * Build the strategy and the function - define and own our partnerships strategy, aligned to company growth goals, and decide which partner types and verticals to prioritise first. * Grow the partner ecosystem - recruit and onboard PropTech providers to build integrations with our platform (e.g. an app marketplace/API ecosystem), giving agents more of the tools they use in one place, and develop relationships with third-party, industry-adjacent providers who work with or add value to shared customers. * Drive commercial results - own partner-driven growth targets and be accountable for the revenue and pipeline partnerships generate. * Work cross-functionally - partner closely with Product and Engineering to prioritise/develop integrations and shape the partner/developer experience. * Set up to scale - build the enablement, tooling and processes that let partnerships grow beyond you. Who We're Looking For * Proven track record building and closing partnerships in B2B SaaS - including technology/integration or channel partnerships. * Genuinely comfortable as a player-coach: happy to build process and personally do the deals. * Strong commercial and negotiation instincts; can structure deals and speak credibly to revenue. * Cross-functional operator who works naturally with Product, Sales and Marketing. * Comfortable with ambiguity and building from a blank page - you see the absence of existing structure as an opportunity, not a blocker. * Excellent relationship-builder who can earn trust with senior stakeholders at partner companies. Bonus Points * Experience in PropTech, or selling to/partnering within the property or estate agency sector. * Familiarity with marketplace or API/ecosystem partnership models. * Experience as an early or founding hire in a function. Why Join Us? 💥 A role with genuine commercial impact – you won’t be a support function here 🤝 Direct access to the Co-Founders and leadership team 🏆 The best products in the market 📈 Competitive salary with scope to grow the role as we scale 🏠 Hybrid working from our Manchester office 🏖️ Guilt-Free R&R - £1000 towards a holiday after your first year with the team (we'll even cover the tax!) 💪 Joining a culture that supports your development and encourages growth 📚 £500 yearly L&D budget for your career development 🎂 Your birthday on us - we pay, you stay away 🙋 'Give something back' - 2 paid days volunteering on us 👶 Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay 🧠 Mental health & well-being support via Health Assured 🧘 Regular well-being initiatives 🕒 Flexible working hours 🚂 Public transport season ticket loans 🌷 Paid menopause leave 🌞 Holiday buying scheme 🚀 Joining a new team in an exciting business with huge ambition 👥 Be a part of something bigger - everyone in our team is passionate about improving the entire property industry! Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and were about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria; please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application! Salary As this is the first time we've hired for this role, we're open to hearing salary expectations. We care deeply about helping the tech industry become a more inclusive and diverse place and we work hard to lead by example. We are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity through attracting and retaining a complementary team of employees and building an inclusive environment for all. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to perform the work specified. Interview Process 3 stages = An introductory call with one of our Talent team > Technical Interview > Values interview. We want to make our interviews as inclusive as possible, so if you need any adjustments made, or if there's anything you think we should be aware of during the interview process, please do let us know. A note on using AI in your job application As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We don’t want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an individual. How we use AI in the hiring process Candidate experience is really important to us, and our Talent team use AI notetakers on interviews so that they can focus purely on their conversation with you. All decisions are made by humans - not AI. Let us know if you have any questions!
