We are expanding our high-performing consulting division at Amoria Bond and are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants
with at least 12 months’ experience who want to take the next step into a more consultative, solution-led role.
This position sits within our Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams, supporting clients across the UK, Europe, and US
markets. It is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment but is looking to move beyond transactional delivery into a more
strategic, advisory-style approach with clients.
This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position with a strong emphasis on consultative client engagement and solution delivery. You
will be working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver high-quality outcomes across specialist engineering and energy
projects.

360 RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – ENGINEERING & ENERGY (UK MARKET) We are expanding our consulting team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants who are ready to take ownership of a 360 role within our UK Engineering and Renewable Energy market. This is an opportunity to join a high-performance environment where you will manage your own desk, build long-term client relationships, and develop a specialist UK market within either Advanced Engineering or Energy. The role is suited to recruiters who are confident in both business development and delivery, and who want to progress within a consultative, commercially driven environment with strong earning potential and clear career development. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position focused exclusively on the UK market. You will be responsible for building and growing your own desk, developing long-term partnerships with engineering and energy clients, and delivering high-quality candidates into specialist technical roles.
