WHAT YOU'LL DO * Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients; * Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for campaign optimisation; * Lean into automation and use of data within campaigns, including utilising AI to improve performance; * Create and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads; * Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement; * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals; * Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly; * Carry out technical analysis, content & authority analysis; * Set up implementation plans and workflows; * Respond to client (internal and external) briefs; * Report on activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; * Have a direct client communication. You will help drive media performance and account growth, primarily operating purchases in Google Ads, with a special focus on Search and Performance Max (PMAX). Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimization, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication for complex accounts. Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on Search and Performance Max (PMAX), as well as providing support for Demand Gen, DV360, and Social platforms when applicable. * Developing and refining keyword strategies, campaign structures, ad groups, and asset groups, ensuring high relevance and Quality Score. * Managing bidding strategies, budgets, and performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CPC), adjusting based on data and seasonality. * Ensuring precise and complete delivery of client budgets. * Independently completing daily tasks, including, but not limited to, campaign creation, search term analysis, daily monitoring, optimization, and reporting. * Helping to create professional, client-facing documents that highlight clear and actionable performance insights. * Collaborating with our teams to achieve campaign goals. * Staying informed about new tools, trends, and best practices. Qualifications: * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). * 3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads, with an emphasis on Search and Performance Max. * Strong knowledge and experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and active Google Ads certifications (Search and Performance Max). * A solid track record of managing complex media budgets. * Ability to dive deep into client expectations, preferences, and needs to deliver exceptional experiences. * Ability to identify and define problems, ensuring a thorough understanding of the issue. * Ability to anticipate future trends, changes, and challenges, staying one step ahead of potential impacts.
