Product Lead
📍 Manchester (Hybrid) | 💰 £90,000
Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful
experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, and we're doing that by giving UK estate
agencies world-class technology.
Our Product team is at the heart of that mission. We find the most valuable problems to solve, ship quality solutions, and measure
the impact along the way. As we grow, we're bringing in a Product Lead to own a significant product area and help raise the
standard of product across the team.
What you'll be doing
As Product Lead, you'll own the Partner Platform, a greenfield product launched in the last 12 months, revolutionising how Estate
& Letting Agents engage with their partners.
A bit about you
You've been operating at Senior PM level and you're ready for the next step, or you are already there. You'll have:
Why Street Group?
Product actually matters here. You'll have real ownership, a team that collaborates well, and the freedom to make decisions, not
just ship someone else's roadmap. This is a new role, so you'll help define what Lead PM looks like at Street Group.

A note on using AI in your job application
As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our
application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you. Your skills, experience, and values. We don’t
want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an
individual.
How we use AI in the hiring process
Candidate experience is really important to us, and our Talent team use AI notetakers on interviews so that they can focus purely
on their conversation with you. All decisions are made by humans, not AI. Let us know if you have any questions!
At Pixaera, we’re a passionate team of builders who are dedicated to delivering solutions that empower people. Today, we’re leveraging Ai and gamification to build a vertical platform that is centered around improving the safety readiness of frontline workers in any high risk industry. If you are a doer who thrives in a dynamic, mission-focused environment, join us! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Pixaera builds immersive, gamified simulations that help frontline teams learn critical safety skills in realistic environments. As we continue to expand our content portfolio and customer base, we’re investing in building deeper safety expertise directly into our product team. We’re hiring a Safety Lead to become the embedded safety expert within our design team. This is a highly collaborative role that combines safety expertise, content creation, and customer engagement. You’ll own your own content workstream, help shape the safety quality of our learning experiences, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customer stakeholders. You’ll work closely with designers, learning specialists, product leaders, and customers to ensure our content reflects real-world risks, industry best practices, and modern approaches to safety learning. This is a hands-on builder role. You won’t simply review content at the end of the process — you’ll actively help create it, improve it, and raise the safety capability of the entire team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the development of safety-focused learning content from concept through delivery, partnering closely with designers and content creators to build engaging, behavior-changing training experiences * Serve as the primary safety subject matter expert for the design team, reviewing content for accuracy, realism, and alignment with industry best practices * Provide practical safety guidance throughout the content development process, helping teams reason from risk rather than compliance alone * Support and mentor designers by building safety knowledge across the team and creating reusable guidance, frameworks, and best practices * Represent Pixaera in customer-facing conversations, including sales support, customer workshops, and discussions with HSE leaders and stakeholders * Contribute to the evolution of Pixaera’s safety philosophy, helping strengthen our approach to human and organizational performance, no-blame learning, and evidence-based safety practices * Conduct safety reviews across active content initiatives and ensure a consistently high standard of safety credibility across our product portfolio * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve how safety expertise is embedded into our content creation process WHO ARE YOU? * You hold a NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH status, or an equivalent Chartered-level safety qualification * You have experience translating safety knowledge into learning content, training programs, instructional materials, or other engaging educational experiences * You can demonstrate examples of content you have created, not just delivered * You have strong practical experience assessing risk, investigating incidents, or supporting safety programs in operational environments * You are a credible communicator who can engage confidently with both frontline practitioners and senior HSE stakeholders * You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and helping others develop their understanding of safety * You are comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of outcomes * You are pragmatic, curious, and focused on improving real-world safety performance rather than simply enforcing compliance * You are aligned with modern safety thinking, including learning-focused and human-centered approaches to risk management * You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and collaboration is essential LOCATION & WORKING SETUP * Based in Manchester, with 4 days per week in the office * Embedded within our design team and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders * Supporting customers and colleagues across multiple regions and time zones HOW DO WE SUPPORT AND BENEFIT OUR EMPLOYEES? * Competitive salary and stock options — everyone shares in what we’re building * 25 days holiday + public holidays * Pension contribution * Fully equipped setup from day one (no waiting for laptops) * Regular company offsites and team socials * A flat, transparent culture with direct access to leadership At Pixaera, we’re committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive. We believe that diverse perspectives fuel creativity and innovation, which is why we celebrate individuality and foster an environment of inclusion and belonging. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer — discrimination of any kind has no place here. No matter your background, identity, or lived experience, you’re welcome at Pixaera.
