DEINE AUFGABEN Deine Aufgaben sind verantwortungsvoll, vielseitig und mit Gestaltungsspielraum versehen. Kernaufgaben: * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Global Accounting und dem Group Controlling zusammen und gestaltest die Finanzprozesse der Telio Group aktiv mit. * Dabei berichtest du an den Head of Global Accounting. * Du führst zwei Teammitglieder. * Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die monatliche Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses mit Vollkonsolidierung aller Unternehmen der Telio Group. * Du erstellst das monatliche Reporting (auf Englisch) für das Management, die Gesellschafter und die Finanzierungspartner. * Du stellst sicher, dass alle Anforderungen aus dem Kreditvertrag (z. B. Covenants, Baskets) laufend eingehalten werden. * Du verantwortest die Erstellung des IFRS-Konzernabschlusses und bist der Kontakt für die Wirtschaftsprüfer der Telio Gruppe – inklusive der Prozessverantwortung für die Jahresabschlussprüfung (aktuell auch mit Certificate nach Dutch-GAAP). * Zusammen erstellt ihr die rollierenden Forecasts und begleitet den gesamten Budgetprozess. Weiterführende Aufgaben: * Du entwickelst Transfer Pricing Modelle weiter und setzt sie gemeinsam im Team um. * Du bringst Dich bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen in Deutschland aktiv ein. * Du optimierst Prozesse und Systeme rund um Konsolidierung, Intercompany Reconciliation, Lease Accounting sowie Bilanz- und Cashflowreporting. * Du wirkst bei spannenden Projekten mit – z. B. Unternehmensgründungen, M&A-Vorgängen, Verschmelzungen und Restrukturierungen. DEIN PROFIL Das bringst Du mit: * Du hast ein wirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finance oder Controlling. * Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen. * Du bist nachweislich absolut sicher in der Erstellung von Konzernabschlüssen sowie allen Konsolidierungsschritten (IFRS, HGB). * Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt und packst genauso gerne selbst mit an (Hands-On Mentalität). * Du kannst die Konsolidierungssoftware Lucanet nicht nur bedienen, sondern beherrscht es aktiv und kannst es auch weiterentwickeln. * Du kommunizierst klar und souverän – auf Deutsch und Englisch. * Du denkst flexibel, hast Spaß daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und bringst neue Ideen ein. * Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel (mindestens Advance Level). * Du trittst selbstbewusst auf und bringst starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit. TEAM DESCRIPTION You will lead SumUp’s strong 50-member Global Accounting Operations team across Brazil, Bulgaria, and Chile, overseeing Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Ledger processes in a high-growth, multi-entity fintech environment. This role sits at the centre of our global finance ecosystem, ensuring accounting excellence, operational consistency, and scalable financial infrastructure across regions. You will unify regional structures under one global operating model, elevate leadership capability within local teams, and embed automation and process discipline that directly improve reporting accuracy, close timelines, decision-making quality, and adhere to strict ICFR compliance.
