Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.
We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone.
It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.
Members of the Kraken Tech team need to be shining examples and believe in decision making based on simplicity, customer benefit and efficiency. We are excited about how Kraken can change the lives of customers and operations teams in other companies and convinced that Kraken is the best answer, not only for companies, but as a tool to tackle the climate crisis. We are fundamentally changing the way that energy companies work. We put customer happiness and cost competitiveness first with great people, technology and ways of working.
We are looking for a brilliant mid-level Client Delivery Lead who has experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) within the Australian energy sector. If you love making things better for customers, building great products, working with technology, bringing people together to find solutions, then you’ve come to the right place.
We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way. We are looking for hands-on Client Delivery Leads that can help build our capability across our business with Kraken and other 3rd parties as we continue to grow. Our Delivery Leads are here to solve complex problems with great products.
The Client Delivery Lead needs to always work in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client. The Delivery Lead has to really understand how Kraken works, identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. They will bring technology, people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients.
They will deal with complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users. This person will play a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver the roadmap.

It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future. Kraken is a technology company with a mission: helping energy utilities transform their operations to improve the lives of 1 billion people by accelerating the energy transition. We recognised that legacy technology has held the energy industry back for too long. At Kraken, we set out to change that. Through successful partnerships with E.ON Next, EDF, Origin, Octopus Energy, and Tokyo Gas (to name just a few), we support over 60 million utility customers globally and we’ve expanded our offer to support businesses in the water and telco industries, meaning we're on track to achieve our mission of impacting 1 billion people within a decade. But we’ll never deliver on our ambitious goals without a team that is just as ambitious, so we’re expanding our tentacles and we are now looking for Senior Client Delivery Leads. The roles will be working closely with other members of the client delivery team to help with our APAC clients and global product teams. Join a team that's redefining energy. At Kraken, we're not just changing how energy companies work; we're tackling the climate crisis head-on. Our decisions are guided by simplicity, customer benefit, and efficiency and customer happiness first. If you're passionate about making a real difference with cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach, you belong with us.
