As the Regional Manager, Account Management, you will be responsible for successfully guiding a small team of Trustpilot account
managers across Asia accounts in the Midmarket and Enterprise segment. You will be responsible for the customer journey from
onboarding, retaining & growing the customer base. This customer base includes some of the biggest brands in Australia. In
addition, the job entails leading Trustpilot's presence in Australia and New Zealand facilitating the professional growth of
personnel, hiring, regularly optimizing workflows and acting on employee feedback, coordinating team/office activities, and
working closely with international stakeholders to move the team forward.
