Stripe launched Stripe Delivery Centers—a new global team to design, implement, and grow Stripe operations for the next decade. We
are looking for dynamic and curious people who have a passion for solving global user issues, building operations, driving process
improvement, and playing a front-line role in building this new operational capability for Stripe and accelerating growth. If you

WHAT YOU'LL DO The credit risk operations team plays a critical role in ensuring a healthy financial ecosystem for businesses around the world. This team will directly impact the company's bottom line and growth capabilities by supporting new and emerging businesses. The Credit Operations team is responsible for conducting credit risk assessments, underwriting small and mid-size users, and proposing mitigation strategies that enable Stripe to take smart risks for our users. RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with merchants, from successful venture-backed startups to well-established institutions, evaluating their business models and financial statements • Help manage Stripe's portfolio by developing a deep understanding of risk across industries, geographies, and operating models • Identify differing risks of complex business models and enforce appropriate loss mitigation actions based on your assessment • Utilize analytics to optimize strategies that can be enforced across Stripe's portfolio • Identify risk factors and trends and further report these identifiers to the wider risk team to ensure consistency in partnership • Identify gaps in current systems, policies, and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements • Have an opportunity to learn how Stripe operates from the ground up and make a real impact on the future of the organization • Be a part of building a brand-new team and operational culture for Stripe • Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment and machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure strict compliance to SOPs, forms and checklists in line with the quality management system. * Monitor production output and process efficiency to meet operational and quality targets, and achieve KPIs set by management. * Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts of raw materials, components, and finished products, as well as the transfer of materials in the ERP system. * Perform routine quality checks on in-process and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications. * Ensure that products meet all customers’ requirements by eliminating non-conformance incidents and maintaining quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, inspections, sampling, testing, and audit support. * Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance personnel. * Receive incoming materials, verify shipments against purchase orders, and report discrepancies. * Prepare inventory for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. Ensure shipment is fulfilled in a timely manner within the set timelines and specifications. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., 5S, Kaizen events, value stream mapping) to enhance efficiency, quality, safety and minimize downtime. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager. Skills & Qualifications (Essential): * Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing), logistics and supply chain management or equivalent experience. * 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment, ideally with a company in the technology/hardware space. * Must be able to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods. * Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, able to perform repetitive tasks and multi-task well. As an Onboarding Specialist, you are the technical guide for users during their first 90 days with Stripe. You'll proactively unblock deployments and ensure users are operationally ready to scale. You'll manage a portfolio of users, guiding them through best practices for integration, dashboard configuration, and risk management. You'll deliver technical workshops and serve as the primary touchpoint to help users navigate the complexity of payments infrastructure. Working hours—In order to align with the working hours of the Asia-Pacific Accelerate On Demand's user base, the working hours for this role will be 7 AM to 4 PM IST. RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive time-to-value: Manage a portfolio of user implementations, acting as a lightweight project manager to ensure they hit their planned go-live dates. * Deliver technical workshops: Lead pre-built, interactive workshops covering critical topics such as API integration, Dashboard utilization, Fraud and Radar configuration, and financial reporting. * Proactive unblocking: Anticipate technical challenges before they become blockers. You explain complex API architecture to non-technical stakeholders and discuss business value with developers. * 2+ years of experience in implementation consulting, technical support, or solutions engineering, preferably in API technologies or SaaS environments * Technical aptitude: Strong ability to read and debug code, understand RESTful APIs, and navigate complex technical environments * Problem solving: You don't just find the answer. You find the best solution for the user's specific business model.
