We are looking for a Solution Engineer who is accustomed to solving customer’s most complex problems and closing large deals. In
this role you will work directly with the sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on
how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and
ultimately help customers grow in their use of Snowflake.

AS A SENIOR SOLUTIONS ENGINEER - SI PARTNERS, YOU WILL: * Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with the technical strategies that enables them to sell their offerings on Snowflake * Forward Strategic thinking - quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging * Strong understanding of how SI make revenue through the Industry priorities & complexities they face and influence where Snowflake products can have the most impact for their product services * Help develop and launch joint differentiated solution offerings with SI Partners * Conversations with other technologists, providing presentations at the C-level. * Forward Strategic thinking - quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging OUR IDEAL SENIOR SOLUTIONS ENGINEER - SI PARTNERS WILL HAVE: * Providing technical product and deep architectural expertise & latest product capabilities with our Partner Solution Architect community * Collaborate with partners to develop Snowflake solutions in customer engagements. You will be working with our partners to create assets and demos, build hands-on POCs and pitch Snowflake solutions. * Production level hands on expertise in developing and deploying PySpark or Scala and SQL to build ELT/data pipelines into production environments. Staying current with the latest Spark updates and best practices * Hands on experience in designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark, Kafka to ingest data from various systems. * Experience with integration platforms like Matillion, FiveTran, Informatica, dbtCloud etc. * Experience with database technologies * Hands-on technical experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build * Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure or AWS, or Google Cloud * Experience using Big Data or Cloud integration technologies such as Matillion, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, etc. * Experience with AI/ML use cases is a plus * 5+ years industry experience designing, building and supporting large-scale systems in production. * Passionate about improving overall developer experience, prior experience in Developer Platform, Developer Experiences or Developer Productivity is a plus. * Strong CS fundamentals, including proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. * Fluency in multiple programming languages is a big plus. * Knowledge of database internals is a plus. * Experience working with cross teams and product managers. * BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. SUMMARY: The Associate Project Manager is an entry level role within Snowflake's Services Delivery organization, designed for professionals developing foundational expertise in project management and customer engagement. Operating under guidance, the Associate Project Manager supports the management of advisory, T&M and Fixed Fee engagements while learning SD methodologies, assisting with SOW and Change Order preparation, and contributing to engagement reporting and customer coordination, all in alignment with Snowflake's Delivery Framework. Acts as a supporting point of contact for project management activities across assigned projects and workstreams by coordinating activities, maintaining delivery visibility, working closely with Services Solution Managers, Project/Program Manager or Services Delivery team leadership to help achieve engagement objectives. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Develop knowledge on the delivery aspects of a Snowflake Implementation. * Learn and apply Services Delivery framework, processes, tools, governance standards and operational processes with guidance. * Assists in preparing and gathering data for weekly or periodic summary Services Delivery engagement reporting. * Support end to end delivery coordination for low complexity projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations. * Coordinate project planning activities, including schedule development, milestone tracking, dependency management, maintain project plans, RAID logs and status reporting. * Proactive, early identification of risks and timely identification and mitigation. * Develop a foundational knowledge of Snowflake's cloud data platform capabilities. * Gain familiarity with technical delivery approaches, project governance and processes. * Coordinate with the account team on specific customer tasks under guidance. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of Services Delivery and project management best practices. * Adoption of AI to increase efficiency and productivity. * Assists in tracking and coordinating basic technical issues. * Demonstrate increasing autonomy in project execution while leveraging guidance from senior project management and delivery leadership. * Demonstrate increasing project management capabilities, including organization, stakeholder communication, prioritization, execution discipline and customer focus.
