About the role
Spanish-speaking Latin America is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we're looking for a highly motivated Events Marketer to
lead planning and execution of impactful events across the region. Your work will deepen ElevenLabs' presence, drive brand
awareness, and generate high-quality pipeline in partnership with our LATAM marketing and GTM teams.
You'll own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars,
sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. You'll adapt and localize successful playbooks from our global programs while
identifying new, high-impact opportunities unique to the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE * We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead our expansion into Spanish-speaking Latam, with a specific focus on Mexico. We need a builder who is comfortable with the "zero-to-one" phase of regional growth. * You will be the local "Source of Truth" for marketing and growth, acting as a creative, an analyst, and an operator all at once. You should be someone who enjoys the complexity of multi-lingual markets and has the drive to implement projects from start to finish while owning the outcome entirely. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Regional Growth Engine: Make sure Spanish-speaking Latam B2B (Mexico especially) grows through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness. * Outbound Strategy: Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences that cut through the noise. * Local Events: End-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars in the region. * Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting. * Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations. * Localization & Messaging: Adapt ElevenLabs’ global voice to resonate deeply with the Latam business cultures. REQUIREMENTS * Native Spanish speaker. * Fluent English speaker. * Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI. * Entrepreneurial Background: You have a strong drive and a history of high engagement, ideally in an entrepreneurial endeavor or a similar high-stakes environment. * Thrives in Chaos: You are energized by a dynamic, ever-changing environment and can manage multiple workstreams without losing focus. * The "Jack of All Trades": Broad knowledge in growth marketing, ranging from numbers analysis and performance knowledge to campaign planning and event organizing. * DRI Mentality: Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations. OVERVIEW As a Clinical Education & Market Development Manager for México, you will play a pivotal role in transforming medical learning and clinical practice for medical students and doctors in Latin America and México. As a member of our Latin American team, you'll leverage your medical expertise to help us bring the next-generation resource to medical students and physicians. In this role, you’ll use your medical background and regional knowledge to build meaningful connections, develop creative growth strategies, and bring high-quality medical learning resources to future and current physicians. You’ll work closely with our Latin American team, including marketing, product, and institutional sales experts, to grow our presence, strengthen partnerships, and support initiatives that make a real difference for medical professionals in your region.
