Role Overview

Reporting directly into the Head of Account Management, and working collaboratively with commercial, marketing & product teams, you will be accountable for building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth and retention of the Fresha platform.

What You'll Do: Manage, renew, and foster growth within assigned accounts following their transition from the Client Acquisition team. Focus on driving sustainable, long-term growth while overseeing renewals, leveraging support from the Customer Success and Renewals teams. Develop customized account plans and strategies aimed at optimizing customer retention and stimulating account growth. Identify and actively pursue expansion opportunities within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Partner with Renewals Representatives to ensure robust account retention and skillfully negotiate pricing agreements. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, driving both engagement and satisfaction. Monitor customer usage patterns to inform strategic renewal and product expansion approaches. Implement proactive sales processes to effectively counter competitive threats during renewal negotiations. What You'll Bring: A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role, empowering you to demonstrate your academic prowess and contribute effectively. A minimum of 2 years tenure in account management is desired, with an established track record in account management, growth, and renewals, within the software or SaaS domain. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a focus on customer retention and growth. Ability to develop effective account plans and strategies aligned with customer goals. A proactive approach to identifying and driving expansion opportunities within accounts. Refined communication and collaboration abilities to seamlessly engage with both the Client Success and Renewals teams, fostering a synergistic environment for mutual achievement. The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $91,500-$122,000, inclusive of base salary and performance-based variable pay. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP * Manage a portfolio of US accounts across nightlife and live entertainment. * Build strong relationships with operators, managers, marketing teams, finance teams and on-site teams. * Act as the day-to-day point of contact after the sales process. * Understand each client’s business, priorities and growth opportunities. * Support account plans together with the Strategic Accounts & Expansion Lead – US. REPORTING & INTERNAL DISCIPLINE * Keep CRM and internal systems updated with account information, risks, opportunities and next steps. * Prepare account updates, performance summaries and client insights. * Track client activity and business performance to support decision-making. * Contribute to building a scalable account management playbook for the US market. YOUR PROFILE * 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality Operations, Event Operations, B2B SaaS or a similar client-facing role. * Experience in hospitality, nightlife, live entertainment, ticketing, reservations, CRM, POS or event technology is highly valued. * Strong client management skills and ability to build trust with demanding stakeholders. * Commercial mindset to identify growth opportunities and retention risks. * Operational mindset to execute, follow up and create structure in fast-moving environments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts at once. * Comfortable working with data, dashboards, CRM systems and internal reporting. * Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus. * Willingness to travel frequently across the US for client meetings, go-lives, events and market visits.
