At TrueLayer, our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for a People Administration Specialist to support our People team
with the day-to-day administration that keeps things running smoothly for every TrueLayerista.
This is a junior, hands-on role where you'll work closely with our People Partners and People Operations team, supporting our
Italian population while contributing to broader People Operations across the team.

A bit about the work you’ll deliver: * End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for our Build pillar. From initial briefing and creative sourcing to technical screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, you will ensure we bring the best talent into the sales team (high volume hiring) * Pillar Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure consistency in our recruitment strategy, pipeline health, and hiring velocity. * HR Administration: Pick up and execute core HR operations tasks, logging contract variations, employee lifecycle paperwork, and ensuring smooth local compliance steps. * Onboarding & Lifecycle: Run an exceptional onboarding process for new starters, making sure their first weeks are structured, supportive, and full of tail wags. * Systems Management: Closely administer HiBob as our central HRIS to maintain candidate-to-employee data integrity, run reports, and optimize workflows. * Engagement Activities: Help design and drive internal team engagement initiatives and culture events, keeping our teams connected and looking out for each other.
