Vitrolife Group has an immediate opening in our North American Sales Team for a Genetic Services Account Manager. Salary range: $120,000-$130,000 Location: Preferred: New York, Boston Territory coverage: NY, MA, NH, VT, ME, RI Key Responsibilities: * Cultivate key account relationships. Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution. * Individual must meet sales objectives by increasing sales within existing and new customers. * Ability to collaborate with Key Account Manager and medical affairs partners. * Individual must be able to identify the sales process to effectively grow both Genetic Testing and Services within various customers. * Assist/participate in the development of workshops/congresses as needed. * Individual must manage future funnel within Salesforce to ensure quarterly goals are met. * Ability to make high-level presentations to various sized customer groups. * Individual is required to make sales calls to IVF clinics to * Individual must communicate to these professionals the various benefits of using Vitrolife Group products in their IVF Clinic * Individual must compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports and submit them to their Regional Manager in a complete and timely fashion. * Individual must plan and execute their sales plan to obtain the sales and business goals and objectives within their assigned territory. * Individual must complete ongoing training of the products and the IVF applications of those products. * Individual must demonstrate their clinical and product knowledge, ability to articulate effective value propositions, use, clinical applications. * Performs other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. * 3-5years of documented and verifiable sales experience within the hospital or clinically focused sales environment · Women’s Health or IVF customer relations is preferred. · Must be able to travel at least 70%+ within territory. · Ability to analyze sales trends, effectively target and break into new business opportunities. * Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions. * Satisfactory and positive responses from business and personal references. * Self-starter, team player, proven leadership qualities, high coachability. * Possess the ability to determine and set priorities. * Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented. * Excels in fast-paced, competitive environment. This role is responsible for driving sales of our consumables and capital equipment portfolio within the IVF market across a multi-state territory. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-focused sales professional with strong clinical acumen and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with IVF clinics and key stakeholders. * Conduct routine customer visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and procedural observations. * Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding business within existing accounts and developing new opportunities. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Managers and Medical Affairs teams. * Effectively manage and grow both consumables and capital equipment sales pipelines. * Maintain and manage sales funnel activity in Salesforce to achieve quarterly goals. * Deliver high-impact presentations to diverse customer audiences. * Educate clinical professionals on the value and application of Vitrolife products. * Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans. * Support and participate in workshops, congresses, and industry events. * Submit accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales activity and performance reports. * Continuously build expertise in Vitrolife products and IVF clinical applications. * Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate clear value propositions. * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. What you´ll do as Sales Account Manager In this role, you will take on challenging tasks in a varied position and be expected to involve and interact with clinics and all relevant stakeholders, as well as interact with several contact points in the company like: marketing managers, product managers, customer service, technical support and senior lab support like clinical support. You will be responsible for achieving your personal sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and managing your territory effectively (Berlin, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony Among your key responsibilities: * Achieve your sales targets within your assigned territory. * Develop, manage, execute, and monitor strategic business plans, including monthly reporting and forecasting for each county in your territory. * Build and maintain a network with key stakeholders such as IVF Lab Directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and Embryologists to promote and sell Vitrolife’s products and services. * Conduct customer visits and attend third-party events to establish relationships and support user education on Vitrolife’s products. * Negotiate and establish agreements with clinics to drive sales and partnerships. * Gather and analyze business intelligence, including clinic dynamics, customer trends, competitor activities, and complaints, to inform strategic decisions. * Continuously monitor and document customer activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate closely with Customer Service to ensure logistical excellence. * Plan and conduct follow-up workshops, training courses, and events such as exhibitions and conferences to enhance customer engagement and education. * Resolve key client issues promptly and develop strategic plans to improve client outcomes. What We’re Looking For? * University degree in Biology or similar field or significant work experience in the life science industry. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a hands on sales / account position * 2+ years / relevant network working with IVF Laboratory directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, and Embryologists * Fluent in German and English * Happy to travel 3-4 days per week Why Vitrolife Group?
