DEINE AUFGABEN * Own and manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept through development, launch, and market expansion. * Define and maintain the product backlog and long-term strategic roadmap. * Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with industry trends and SAP’s evolving technology landscape. * Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive environment to identify new opportunities and define compelling value propositions. * Identify, document, and prioritize use cases and acceptance criteria to steer product development activities. * Lead the definition, planning, and scoping of new features or complementary products that strengthen the product portfolio. * Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies. * Engage proactively with SAP, customers, and ecosystem partners to drive co-innovation and extend ecosystem integration. * Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams through the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of the product. DEIN PROFIL * Successfully completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field of study. * 5–7 years of experience in SAP Product Management, including product definition and strategic product planning. * Strong understanding of bulk logistics and automation processes. * Experience with SAP BTP, AI capabilities, and Joule Agents is an advantage. * Knowledge of competing solutions and market alternatives is beneficial. * Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work. * Proven ability to plan proactively and execute tasks efficiently. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Ability to lead workshops, customer sessions, and strategic discussions up to C-Level. * Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). * Willingness to travel as needed. SENIOR SPECIALIST - PROCUREMENT CATEGORY MANAGER CONSUMABLES IN SHORT: The Senior Specialist - Procurement Category Manager Consumables role will report to Senior Lead - Procurement Category Manager, Logistics on the Global Procurement team supporting the Global Supply Chain Transformation region/function/product. As our Sr. Specialist Procurement Category Consumables, you will be tasked with supporting the strategic sourcing and category management for high-impact consumables. Your primary focus will be managing categories such as corrugate, specialized packaging materials, and other warehouse consumables essential to our global distribution network across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. YOUR MISSION: * Category Strategy: Develop and execute flexible category management support for consumables, specifically focused on corrugate, tape, void fill, and other essential packing materials. * Sourcing & RFP Management: Lead sourcing activities and business case creation for packaging initiatives, ensuring all decisions are supported by rigorous analysis and sustainability goals. * Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with global packaging vendors to ensure operational visibility, quality control, and accountability. * Value Engineering: Proactively identify and execute value engineering opportunities to optimize packaging design, reduce waste, and drive total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction. * Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders from supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on consumables specs, lead times, and inventory levels. * Operational Reporting: Create and standardize internal reports to drive continuous visibility into spend, multi-channel packaging usage, and supplier performance. * Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot issues within the consumables supply chain and develop action plans to drive business optimization and cost savings. * Innovation Support: Work closely with product and sustainability teams to test and implement new, eco-friendly packaging materials that align with On's mission. YOUR STORY: * Packaging Expertise: Ability to understand and articulate operational root cause analysis as it relates to packaging performance and distribution efficiency. * Commercial Credibility: Skill to quickly build credibility and trust with external vendors and internal stakeholders during technical and commercial negotiations. * Value Creation: A self-starter who proactively seeks business optimization and cost savings through data-driven business cases. * Accountability: Ability to maintain and track critical action items and serves as a ‘single source of truth’ for consumables data. * Resilience & Diplomacy: Capacity to be a change agent, demonstrating persistence and resiliencies when navigating market fluctuations in raw materials. ATTRIBUTES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: * Strong demonstrated ability to work independently, manage data-intensive projects, and engage remote teams. * Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive commercial information. * Solid business judgment, including the ability to anticipate the impact of procurement decisions on the global supply chain. * Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in On Running. * A Bachelor’s degree; however, a combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute. * Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, category management, or a specialized packaging role in a fast-paced environment. * Expert knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications. * Proficiency with modern sourcing and procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms). YOUR TEAM: You are part of the Global Supply Chain team, reporting into the Sr. Lead Procurement Category Manager Outbound. In this role, you will work and collaborate with various functions, including Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Finance, IT, and Legal. You will be actively collaborating with team members across both regional and global teams, as well as our 3rd party logistic partners (3PLs) and packaging suppliers. YOUR MISSION Reporting to Head of Inside Sales & Digital Channels, as a Customer Relations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for Teya merchants in Spain. Your mission is to provide fast, accurate, and high-quality support—resolving their queries with empathy and professionalism while representing Teya’s tone of voice and values. You’ll help ensure every interaction is smooth and positive, building loyalty and protecting revenue by minimizing churn. WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY TO DAY * Handle incoming merchant queries (by phone, email, or chat) on topics like terminals, payouts, fees, app support, account changes, and more. * Diagnose issues, follow product and support playbooks, and resolve or escalate using defined workflows. * Create and manage Zuper jobs (collections, swaps, accessory deliveries) with complete and accurate data for the Supply Chain team. * Run recovery or terminal return calls after merchant churn, following the CR Recovery Call guide. * Deliver consistently high productivity, CSAT, and quality scores—always communicating with empathy and clarity. * Correctly classify tickets in Sprinklr or Zendesk, feeding valuable data into dashboards and reporting tools. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong spoken and written Spanish; comfortable using English for internal tools and training. * Excellent communicator with an active listening style and a customer-first mindset. * Prior experience in customer support, call center, or operations (in payments, banking, or SaaS is a plus). * Confident navigating multiple systems: Zendesk/Sprinklr, Zuper, CRM/CDP, and basic Excel. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to work shifts aligned with merchant demand (including occasional evenings or weekends).
