About the Role As Account Management Lead (Card-Linked), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our existing partnerships. You’ll lead a team of three Account Managers (with the ambition to grow to six full-time hires), guiding them to deliver best-in-class results, identify new growth opportunities, and oversee key strategic projects that support our business objectives. You’ll report to and work closely with the VP Card-Linked, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Operations, Finance, Product, and Data teams to ensure strategic alignment and sustained growth. To achieve this, you will: * Team leadership: hire, train, and develop a high-performing Account Management team. About the Role The Associate Vendor Manager plays a critical role within the Deliveroo Hop Commercial team, with clear accountability for the day-to-day account management and commercial performance of a defined portfolio of vendor partners.
