THE TEAM AND ROLE We’re looking for a Working Student DevOps Engineer (all genders) to join our infrastructure team and support deploying and operating our software in both cloud and clinical environments. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and reliable. This role is key to transforming healthcare delivery with seamless and stable technology. In this role, you will not only drive technical excellence in infrastructure and operations, but also lead and develop the DevOps function. You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and leadership to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and reliable, while setting standards and guiding the team. This role is critical in shaping how we build, deploy, and operate healthcare software at scale. THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE As a Lead Solution Engineer (all genders) for clinical software solutions, you take on a strategic and leadership role at the intersection of sales, technology, and hospital operations. You are responsible for leading and developing the Solution Engineering function, while ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality, and customer-centric solutions. You work closely with sales, engineering, product, and project teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal stakeholders and enterprise customers. From early sales engagements to complex implementations, you ensure technical excellence, alignment, and long-term success of our clinical software solutions.
