ABOUT US STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective — providing operators with a decisive edge in contested environments. We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems — not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe, today. You will work independently to prep files, coordinate suppliers, and ensure our teams always have the materials they need without creating bottlenecks. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design & Pre-Press: Prepare, adjust, and finalize graphic assets (brochures, flyers, merchandise designs) to ensure they are 100% print- and order-ready. * Independent Execution: Work hands-on with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to execute final layout tweaks, correct formats, and set up proper bleed margins and color profiles (CMYK) without needing heavy oversight. * Procurement & Production: Plan, order, and track merchandise items and printed company materials from start to finish. * Supplier Management: Collaborate directly with external print shops and suppliers regarding specifications, proofs, orders, and deliveries. * Inventory Management: Organise and manage STARK’s merchandise stock levels, supporting forecasting to ensure availability for events, demos, and internal stakeholders. * Brand Consistency: Ensure all physical materials strictly align with STARK’s visual identity and quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS • Ongoing university studies, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Grappic Communications Design, or a related field • Strong interest in merchandise, procurement, branding, or brand presentation • Structured and independent working style • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Creativity and a good eye for appealing materials and products • Very good German skills, both written and spoken • Good English communication skills NICE TO HAVE * Previous experience in print management, merchandise production, or event support. * Experience working with external suppliers or handling basic inventory management. * Ukrainian language skills.

YOUR IMPACT Tacto is the category leader for procurement in DACH manufacturing. We have strong product-market fit, a proven playbook, and now we're taking it into the rest of Europe. That's where you come in. You take one new European market and build it from the ground up. You research the market, find what resonates, and win the first customers and reference logos that everything else builds on. What you learn becomes the blueprint for how Tacto grows the market from there. A real greenfield, with the freedom to shape how Tacto wins in your market. You're not starting alone. A stellar expansion team is your sparring partner, and proven sales assets and a tested approach from DACH are your foundation. This is a highly strategic GTM role where you work hands-on to close the first deals and set the base for everything that comes afterwards. YOUR TASKS * Open up a new European market end to end: sharpen the ICP, define target accounts, win the first deals and lay the foundation for the region's growth * Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, potential analysis on real ERP data, ROI business case, closing * Work hand in hand with the expansion team and develop the outbound playbook for your market: messaging, sequences, segments, channels * Coordinate the marketing activities in your market so they generate pipeline * Feed structured insight back to Product, Marketing and Leadership, and shape how Tacto expands internationally YOUR PROFILE * Customer-facing experience and first go-to-market exposure: you've sold to or worked closely with customers before, you're at home in the room with them, and you understand how B2B sales works * An entrepreneurial mindset above all: you want to build and own a market result, explore what works, and figure out the motion when the local one doesn't exist yet * Hands-on and self-driven: you go to market proactively and drive your own pipeline * You grasp complex products * and sell value over features, translating technical depth into business impact * Fluent, business-level English; additional European languages are a plus. We hire for mindset and ability, not origin or native language * Willingness to travel within your target markets WHO THRIVES HERE You run your market like a founder runs a company. You're a hunter, hands-on to the core: you send the first cold emails, run the first discoveries, and do the early, unglamorous work where real traction is won. You go through the mud and build as you go, turning what works into a system the next person can run. And you think beyond the next deal. You're not just winning customers, you're laying Tacto's foundation in your country: externally through brand, network, and reference logos, and internally through the playbook and the case for the region. Interview Process 1. Intro call with our Chief of Staff 2. Deep dive with our Head of Revenue 3. Get-to-know call with the AE you'd be working alongside 4. Onsite interview incl. case study and team meetings OUR BACKGROUND Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs, suppliers, materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a product's cost originates from suppliers, making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world. Yet it still runs on Excel and legacy systems. We're changing that with our Procurement Intelligence Platform, trusted by hundreds of companies running billions of Euros of material. Based in Munich, we are 100+ passionate builders who are in-office, with high expectations, fast growth, and a lot of fun. We are supported by >€50m from Sequoia, Index, and Europe's leading tech entrepreneurs and industry veterans. WHY IT MATTERS Manufacturing forms Europe's economic backbone, driving a fourth of Europe's GDP and providing over 30% of jobs. These hidden champions and global market leaders manufacture the physical world around us, from the machines that build our cities to the medical devices that save lives. But the world is changing. The US dominates the digital world of bits. China is scaling the world of atoms, manufacturing at unprecedented speed and scale. Geopolitics are more uncertain than ever. Europe's strength lies in its deep industrial knowledge through generations of engineering. Manufacturing worldwide runs on European machines and software. But that heritage is only an advantage if we leverage it in the age of AI. Tacto builds the AI that connects Atoms and Bits, empowering our Industrial Base to Stay Stronger and building a lighthouse for European tech. WHAT WE OFFER The people at Tacto are passionate about building the organization, growing themselves, and our product while having fun and being real. We have high expectations, great talent density, and a culture where your ambition, performance, and agency are what count - not where you come from or how big your ego is. You'll grow at the forefront of AI, have real ownership and impact, and be surrounded by the best people in their field who challenge you and make you better every day. That is demanding and rewarding, but that's where we thrive. Besides that you have: * Money: Competitive salary & equity in the company with real upside, so you are invested in our success * Workplace: A vibrant in-office culture (> 4 days/week) in a beautiful office in central Munich * Development: A development budget and regular exposure to exceptional people, e.g., Lunch & Learns, peer mentoring, external speakers * Time off: 26 + 4 vacation days per year (4 fixed “company rest days”) as well as regular off-sites and team events * Health: Wellpass membership, of course, a fruit basket (!), and access to Jobrad, for your health * Family & Social Security: Voluntary pension contribution, voluntary KITA subsidy for your children Tacto is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity. Please do not submit personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning your health, or data concerning your sexual orientation.
