About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead and grow our footprint across DACH. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing Tandem’s
clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across one of Europe’s most important
healthcare markets.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll own the commercial strategy and execution across the DACH market, building and
leading a high-performing sales function while forging high-impact partnerships across the care ecosystem. From provider networks
and health systems to EHR vendors, payors, and strategic channel partners, you’ll act as a market expert, trusted advisor, and
commercial leader all in one.

As Regional Lead Operations you are a key member of the Market Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Head of Maintenance & Repair (M&R) and working closely with the Head of Market (Station Operations). You’ll lead all Regional Technicians and Damage Control Managers, with indirect oversight of Fleet Condition and Station Detection & Repair Managers. Your mission: drive repair quality, cost efficiency, and vehicle availability across the market — keeping our fleet running smoothly and our operations performing at their best. The role - your passion * Own the Maintenance & Repair (M&R) budget and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs across the market such as Repair Strategy, Workshop Network, Spare Parts Inventory * Define repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities. * Maintain strong vehicle availability by coordinating workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow. * Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network to improve turnaround times and cost efficiency. * Lead and develop station repair teams, ensuring consistent performance and technical capability, damage detection rates and sparte parts inventory. * Track key KPIs such as repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy to drive continuous improvement. What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us * Degree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar technical field. * 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, repair, or workshop management. * 2+ years of direct people management experience, preferably in a technical and operational environment * Strong analytical and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality. * Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; travel to internal stations and external vendors within the market required. * Fluency in German and English, written and spoken * Proficient in maintenance or fleet management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Based on your experience and track record, we'll place you in the segment where you'll have the most impact, Mid-Market for faster-moving deals, Corporate for larger, more complex accounts. YOUR IMPACT Procurement is the single biggest cost position for industrial companies – often 60-70% of revenue. It's also their biggest lever to drive profitability. Yet most still run it manually with outdated tools and gut decisions. As an Account Executive at Tacto, you'll change that. Backed by a stellar prospecting team, you own the sales process from first meeting to signed contract, helping manufacturing companies across Germany transform their biggest cost center into their biggest competitive advantage. In both our mid-market and corporate segments, you're selling to the companies that are the backbone of the German economy. We have 10,000+ potential customers in DACH alone, have Product-Market-Fit, close to zero churn and a product that genuinely solves our customers' problems. Your job is to show them what's possible and close the deal. You'll work directly with Heads of Procurement and C-Level decision-makers who control millions in spend, demonstrating how Tacto turns data into savings, compliance, and strategic advantage. YOUR IMPACT As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving Tacto’s expansion into large, complex industrial organizations. You are responsible for guiding enterprise deals from qualified opportunity to contract signature and will directly shape how Tacto wins and grows in the enterprise segment.
