In this role, you will report directly to Celonis' Director of HR Administration & Payroll in Munich and collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team across Munich and Madrid. The Role: Step into the heart of the DACH team and play a pivotal role in supporting payroll and HR administration processes for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. What You’ll Do: * Engage in Real-World Payroll Administration: Dive into payroll administrative tasks, ensuring precise data entry and accuracy, giving you a solid foundation in payroll operations. * Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Monitor and manage payroll tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing tool, becoming an essential part of our support system. * Ensure Compliance and Organization: Maintain and archive employee payroll files meticulously to ensure compliance with audit requirements. * Unleash Your Analytical Skills: Perform data analysis and create insightful reports in Excel, helping drive data-informed decisions. * Contribute to Process Excellence: Assist in maintaining and updating process documentation, ensuring our operations are smooth and efficient. Your Qualifications: * A Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or any relatable program * A strong desire to learn and grow in the payroll area. * Proficiency with Google Suite/MS Office, particularly Excel. * Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your Role As Finance Intern, you are a member of our Finance & Legal Department, where you support the day-to-day business and independently plan and execute finance-related projects. You will work closely with our CFO and Finance Leadership Team and contribute directly to projects that shape the future of our company, such as raising equity and debt capital or supporting the strategy process by providing superior insights into the business performance.
