As Finance Intern, you are a member of our Finance & Legal Department, where you support the day-to-day business and independently plan and execute finance-related projects. You will work closely with our CFO and Finance Leadership Team and contribute directly to projects that shape the future of our company, such as raising equity and debt capital or supporting the strategy process by providing superior insights into the business performance.
JOIN OUR TEAM As an Intern Business Development People, you will help to shape and drive our strategic priorities in People & Culture, as well as identify and implement key improvement initiatives in strong alignment with our Chief People Officer. You will work on analytical and operational tasks while taking on responsibility from day one. This opportunity offers a steep development curve, where you can work closely with our Executives, as well as a highly skilled, dynamic, and diverse team. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Collaborate on current HR projects and take on responsibility for sub-projects (e.g., facilitate training, create process documentation) * Participate in the identification, implementation, optimisation, and standardisation of HR processes (e.g., global workflow improvements, change management) * Create communication materials (e.g., preparation of presentations and guidance documents) for different stakeholders up to senior-level * Support with the creation and monitoring of relevant HR KPIs and deriving insights * Assist with ad-hoc requests (analyses and reports) as well as trend research to stay on top of the current HR developments YOU COME WITH * Degree in business administration, management, psychology, or comparable course of study * Initial practical experience through internships is desirable * Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) * Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills * Independent, responsible, structured, and goal-oriented way of working * Friendly, communicative, and motivated personality * Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it. JOIN OUR TEAM As an Intern Learning & Development, you and your team will be jointly responsible for establishing and continuously developing the Learning & Development department. As an integral team member, you will bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table, with the opportunity to actively implement them in a dynamic environment. You will be given the freedom to act creatively and have plenty of room for personal growth. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. Our preferred start date is August 1, 2026.
