As a Product Manager Nursing (all genders), you will bring your hands-on clinical nursing expertise into the development of our
AI-native Avelios Hospital Information System (HIS).
As part of our Product Management team, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Product Design, Quality
Assurance, customers, and clinical users to translate real-world nursing workflows into intuitive, scalable software solutions.
You understand how nursing works in everyday hospital practice—from documentation and assessments to care planning, handovers,
clinical orders, staffing models, and discharge management—and help ensure these workflows are accurately reflected in our
product.

THE TEAM AND ROLE As a Clinical Change Manager (all genders), you will play a key role in supporting hospitals during the introduction of our Avelios software solution. This role is especially suited for nurses, physicians, or other clinically trained professionals who know hospital workflows from hands-on experience and want to drive digital transformation in healthcare. You will work closely with nursing teams, physicians, and hospital stakeholders on-site, helping them adopt new digital workflows during trainings, go-lives, and hypercare phases. This is a highly operational and people-centered position with frequent on-site presence in hospitals. You will act as a central interface between clinical end users — especially nurses and physicians — and our internal implementation, product, and engineering teams. Your success will be measured by smooth transitions, high user acceptance, and stable operations after go-live. This role includes frequent travel to customer sites. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Support hospitals during the rollout of Avelios, with a strong focus on clinical adoption by nursing and medical teams * Coordinate end-user trainings and hypercare phases together with internal teams and external partners * Conduct on-site and remote trainings for clinical users before go-live, tailored to the workflows of nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams * Act as the main point of contact for clinical users during go-live and stabilization phases in hospitals * Translate the needs, questions, and concerns of nurses, physicians, and other hospital stakeholders into actionable insights for our internal teams * Manage change in the clinical environment by building trust, fostering acceptance, and addressing concerns proactively * Collect, analyze, and document user feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities from real hospital workflows * Communicate and prioritize insights for internal teams to continuously improve our software and rollout processes YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Several years of hands-on experience in a hospital setting, ideally as a nurse, physician, or other clinically trained professional, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows across wards, outpatient departments, emergency care, operating rooms, or similar environments * Solid knowledge of nursing and medical documentation, medication workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration between nursing staff, physicians, and other clinical teams * Strong empathy for the needs, challenges, and communication styles of clinical users, combined with excellent communication skills and confidence in working with diverse hospital stakeholders * Practical experience with clinical IT systems, digital documentation, implementation projects, or user support is a strong plus * Structured, solution-oriented working style with experience in documentation or ticketing systems, high ownership, resilience, and a hands-on mentality * Fluent German and good working proficiency in English YOUR BENEFITS * Variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership * An international, informal team structure in a motivating start-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our customer growth story and the overall success of Avelios * Ability to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by leading international VCs * Support for your personal development through continuous learning and feedback * Set your own rhythm with flexible working hours and trust-based time tracking * A virtual stock option package (VSOP) that lets you participate in Avelios’ long-term value creation * A monthly meal allowance up to 75 euros, full coverage of the Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club or a subsidized Wellpass membership, a bike leasing program and Corporate Benefits that give you access to discounts from a wide range of providers in various areas

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE As a billing specialist/ Experte Patientenabrechnung (all genders) in healthcare, you are a key expert at Avelios and contribute your knowledge from hospital billing directly to our product and customer processes. With your experience in billing, coding, or process management in hospitals, you understand the workflows and challenges of everyday clinical work. You use this knowledge to further develop our software solutions together with our Medical Team and the product managers – especially the billing module, which simplifies processes and significantly eases daily work in hospitals. At the same time, you are a reliable point of contact for our customers and project teams when it comes to billing topics, process questions, or the implementation of regulatory requirements. You support the introduction of our solutions, accompany projects from a professional perspective, and help ensure that our customers can optimally design their billing processes. With your expertise, you help us bridge the gap between clinical practice and the digital product world – actively shaping how hospital billing will work in the future.
